Polecam Hotel, Dobra baza noclegowa i żywieniowa. Brak zastrzeżeń Jedzenie średnio urozmanicone ale dobre. Brak uwag co do kuchni i czystości. Drinki dobre, leją dobty alkohol ale ja nie jestem jakiś degustatorem. mi smakowały i było czuć alkohol. Mały minus za czasami rozłączający się internet. Ogólnie hotel na uboczu belek w stronę Antyli obok dużego Aquaparku ale spokój i cisza. Porada nie kupujcie wycieczek od operatorów 400m od hotelu jest Turek który sprzedaje te same ! wycieczki taniej! np. Pumakale operator 99e u niego 70e i co ciekawe ten sam bus zabiera ludzi :)

Hotel przepiękny, posiłki wyśmienite, mini disco było wspaniałe, dzieci bardzo szczęśliwe, animacje z nagrodami, szef mini clubu Levent bardzo przyjazny do dzieci i do rodzicow. Taneczne choreografie piękne. Wszystkie animacje super. Menager Hande i Mini club Levent Dziękujemy :))

Hotel jak najbardziej polecam wszystkim.jedzenie i aktywność fizyczna oraz joga na pierwszym poziomie .blisko morza czyste pokoje .jak najbardziej dla rodzin .animacje dla dzieci cały dzień . profesjonalne obsługa

Spędziliśmy tu wakacje z rodzina w 4 dorosłe osoby i małe dziecko. Hotel spisał się rewelacyjnie, bardzo duży wybór jedzenia, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, świetny serwis, mili ludzie, drinki mocne jak tylko sobie ktoś życzy, z oryginalnego alkoholu. Polecam restauracje chińska, świetnie jedzenie zwłaszcza deser. Moja mama skorzystała ze spa i bardzo sobie zachwalała. Były to jej urodziny, dostaliśmy od hotelu mały upominek w postaci wina i tortu. Nasze dziecko niestety zaplamiło dwa razy kanapę nigdy nie było problemu po zgłoszeniu. Świetne atrakcje przy basenie dla małych i dużych. Na plaże dojeżdża darmowy busik co 20 minut, jest tam również bar i pare fastfoodow. W pokojach jest bardzo czysto, codzienne sprzątnie i wymienianie ręczników. Jedyny problem był w porozumieniu, 90% pracowników nie mówi po angielsku… jednak udało się porozumieć „na migi”. Blisko hotelu znajduje się land of legends, oraz miejski bazar. Personel hotelu rozwiązywał błyskawicznie każdy nasz problem. polecam z całego serca

Mixologist Emre Can’ın harika kokteylleri eşliğinde mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik. Giderseniz franciscus içmeden dönmeyin.. ✨ Tüm personele güler yüzü , samimiyeti için çok Çok teşekkür ediyoruz.. 🥂.. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.. ..

Had an amazing family holiday … our room was pool side .. we had a family room and was very spacious and clean .. the food had plenty of variety and was fresh and someone was always cleaning around the hotel whether it be in the restaurants or pool side .. I would say 95% of staff were wonderful and friendly had a bit of a unpleasant bar man who seemed to do anything to avoid serving some people and a chef who was quite rude to my husband but this was more than made up by two staff members … Yagmur in the restaurant made our stay some welcoming and nice every evening couldn’t do enough for me my children and husband and always making my children smile ♥️ .. mini disco was a little repetitive but kids still enjoyed .. one of the reps who ran the kids club too Necla .. was always so lovely to the kids involving them my daughter cried when she left . ♥️ The facilities were great the slides were a huge hit for my daughter and husband and the indoor was nice and her outside pool was slightly cool but fine once you’re in !! :) x We visited the Chinese one night and it was a set meal but we all enjoyed it was really nice again staff couldn’t do enough . One thing I will say the shops in the hotel very expensive and no set prices so seems charge whoever whatever they like . X The them park land of legends !!! I would recommend !! It’s only a 15 / 20 minute walk from the hotel. A big group of people arrived a football group whilst we were on day 3/4 of our holiday and they did seem to take over regarding food a few did push in front of my children for food and for the lift etc but other than that we had a fantastic holiday and stay at queens palace . Thank you so much .. hopefully we will be back one day x ♥️

I have been this great holiday and meet very nice and kind animation team.Especially Mr.Engin mr.serkan and ms.Nelly was the best in hotel about all our holiday times. About the night shows everything was amazing all activities was so fun and attraction. The barmen’s and waiters was helpful about all drinks and foods time.Grettings for Director for All this quality and controls…
