grand opening new boutique hotel in April 2023 and location at Central of Kona. The old name Kona seaside hotel. they are new renovation. You can shopping in your room. like sunscreen lotion, T shirt and beach tote bag...I love Complimentary daily Kona, Hawaii coffee at lobby and welcome drink at room. Partial ocean view must stay but may be need more private like partitions at balcony and shower water pressure. free Yoga in morning. staff is friendly and helpful.

The voucher and booking from Trip.com was perfect! I was disappointed that Trip.com did not include hotel fee . They charged a extra $(8.00 AFTER we checked out.

Cute & clean boutique hotel, all staffs were super friendly & helpful. Building itself is old but they did a wonderful job renovating. Reasonable price for a good location. Good coffee from the coffee truck right in front of the hotel entrance!

Absolutely do not book with this hotel or with www.trip.com third party. I had the hotel booked through Trip for $800. Short story is I ended up with kidney stones and was unable to make the trip. 48hrs prior to my trip I requested a cancellation. I was told by Trip they were processing my request. The next day I checked again and was told they were negotiating my cancellation. The day after the scheduled checkin date I was told they were unable to negotiate my cancellation. I tried customer service again and was told they were sorry but I was just out $800 dollars. Never again. I took a chance on Trip. Now I know. Do not use Trip or book with Pacific19. Bad Business

設施：整體還是比較新的，有陽台，院子裏有泳池，前台也有微波爐和水站。免費提供自行車和躺椅。 衞生：挺乾淨的。 環境：位置挺方便的，離購物中心不遠，門口拐角處也有trolley車站和便利店，附近餐館也不少，離碼頭近，有沙灘，還可以在那邊跳水，也可以溜達到kona resort的海邊看落日。 服務：前台接待態度很好，尤其一位年紀略長一點點的女士非常有耐心的介紹設施和有關事項。一次我們需要熱水泡麪和使用微波爐，也很細心的看食品説明，還貼心的給我們拿了餐具。管理自行車的一位年長的男士也很友好，我選好的車騎出去發現沒氣了，而且車對我有些高，回來還車。他還耐心的幫我挑一輛低一些的，雖然最終我們決定不騎了。

The first morning that we woke up at the hotel, we went out to get coffee first thing and already found a nasty note from “security”. It was a “violation notice”. The parking lot is an L shape. Where the parking lot turns, there is a triangular outline, the tires were on the white line of the triangle and we were “cited” for being in “two parking spaces”. Are you freaking kidding me? First thing in the morning on the first morning. Really? There is no other place for any other car to park, why would you leave a nasty note like this? There’s no way to do better, there’s no option. The parking spaces are so small that the passenger needs to be let out before the driver actually pull the car into a parking space. I went to ask at the Front Desk how I should’ve done better, the security guy walked behind the attendant while I was speaking to the Front Desk people, but she wouldn’t connect me with him, she told me he was “on a break”. He heard the conversation, his head turned, he ran to the smoking area. What a great first impression. Really? You’re so powerful as security that you’re in charge of keeping the parking lot safe by making sure no one touches a white line? I recommend a personnel change in the “security department”. We were there for six nights in total, that guy gave me the stink eye Every time I saw him, and trust me he walked around all day and all night. The only other bad part about the experience was the extreme, extreme, extreme traffic noise.

They did not have my reservation for the 2 rooms I reserved literally 4 months prior. They only had one. Thankfully they were able to find an additional room to accommodate my group. The process should not have taken this long and the reservation should have been confirmed.
