Nice perfect hotel middle in the mall of Kalispell. Everything you need is around. Stuff is so friendly and always there to help you. I know thou it's hard to make the perfect coffee for everyone, but the coffee you got on the lobby was a little just of water taste. Maybe a little tea/coffee maker in the rooms would be nice like all the other hotels have. Other then this i would come on any of my visits again. Its lovely❤

The hotel is not terrible but it is older and in need of some love. The pool area had ants by the hot tub and very limited lighting inside.
Rooms were just okay. Our floor wasn’t super clean but the bathroom was clean. Beds were pretty comfortable.
Again, not a bad hotel but getting older.
Breakfast was good! Hot and cold items.

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable Good location. Needs upgrade. Curtains were stained and dirty. Paint was scraped in several places. Carpet smelled when heat was on.

it was great until i went to iron my dress shirt for new years eve. started to iron my shirt and there was something on the iron that got smeared on my shirt messed it up...hopefully I can get it out in the wash at home.

The property was nice and quiet, but definitely an older hotel. Staff was super friendly throughout the stay!

Our stay was very quiet. The room was clean and beds comfy. The breakfast provided in the morning gave us lots of options to choose from. The staff was very nice as well.

The hotel was pretty vacant during my stay. The full breakfast and dining area were awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no omelet bar that the property was notorius for. Our door lock battery died at 11 pm and it took 45 minutes to get it fixed. The window in our room would not close all way. And the hockey team kids were loud and obnoxious.
