Отель для тех, кто любит отдыхать со вкусом. Локация несколько в дали от туристических потоков вечером и в то-же время достаточно близко что-бы прогуляться пешком по уютным улочкам Калкана. Рядом вполне приличный городской пляж с душем, лежаками и чистейшей водой. От пляжа курсирует катер-шаттл на другой пляж с водными развлечениями. Очень удобно, что вначале прогулки от отеля вы поднимаетесь вверх по склонам тенистых улиц, а вдоволь нагулявшись, спускаетесь вниз. Поскольку отель расположен на склоне, структура отеля уникальна и интересна по своему рельефу. Номера отеля также уникальны и каждый имеет свое название. Мы остановились в номере "Пион". Номер хорошо оборудован, есть все необходимое и даже джакузи на террасе. Жарким вечером приятно набрать ее прохладной водой и расслабляться после дневных активностей. В номере достаточно чисто и прохладно даже с выключенным кондиционером, так как стены выложены из массивных блоков местного камня. В нашем номере был фрагмент-стена красноватой естественной горной породы!! На территории отеля есть кафе, небольшой панорамный бассейн, рецепция совмещенная с баром и прекраснейший вид на залив. По приезду гостей угощают напитком на выбор, помогают с парковкой и обмениваются контактами на случай если вам понадобится помощь. На террасе возле бассейна есть столики с диванчиками, где также можно заказать обслуживание вечером и поужинать в отеле. Завтрак в отеле по-турецки очень сытный. Яйца готовят на ваш выбор, подают свежий хлеб, фрукты, овощи и зелень, джемы и мед, готовят вполне приличный кофе и чай. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный и внимательный к пожеланиям гостей. От души хочу поблагодарить всех работников этого чудесного отеля за радушие и сказочные 2 дня как в раю. Çok teşekkür ederim! 🙏

A perfect gem of a boutique hotel. We've just come back from 10 blissful days there. We thought we'd go to a beach club everyday, but ended up spending half our time at the hotel as it's so relaxing and although the pool area is small we had two private terraces and the main pool area was never crowded. This is a really well run small and very friendly hotel. Perfect for couples, friends or those with adult kids with them. (No kids under 18 allowed and steep steps make it not great for elderly). Breakfast over looking the harbour was delicious. So easy to wander out for supper each evening as the location couldn't be better - very central but still quiet. I wish I could go back straight away!

Just returned from an excellent week here. Fabulous location overlooking the town beach and just steps away from all the restaurants, shops and bars of the old town (so no need to climb the hills - unless you want to!) The staff are so helpful and friendly (especially Halil) and everything was made very easy. Lovely generous Turkish breakfast and inexpensive poolside bar service. Room was well designed - only one issue with the tv which was sorted very quickly. Room was kept spotlessly clean and aircon worked well - which was needed as it was very hot. We won't hesitate to recommend this lovely place (only 9 rooms) and will definitely return. We stayed by the pool most days but boats to the beach clubs ran regularly from the nearby harbour. We didn't have a bad meal - lots of choice - but our favourite was Korsan Meze.

Wonderful family welcome from the owners , immaculate apartment with all the attributes to stay comfortably for a couple of weeks in Kalkan. Very central perfect for all the Restraunt’s and shopping, no need to walk up the steep hill as it’s overlooking the harbour , yet peaceful at night . Can’t wait to book again!

We stayed for 14 nights in one of the smaller rooms with a balcony overlooking the sea, air-con, and a very small wall-mounted minibar. The en-suite was also smallish but had an excellent shower. Wifi worked throughout the hotel. We were attracted to the hotel’s location and not disappointed. On the edge of the town, so relatively quiet, but very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a pool next to the bar and sun-lounge area. Although small, the area was under-used during our stay and we had the smallish pool to ourselves most of the time. Breakfasts were Turkish, with fresh produce and eggs cooked in any way you wish. Although the hotel does not run a restaurant, it does have an all-day lunch menu and there is a pleasant coffee shop on the ground floor. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude. It is immaculately clean and efficiently run. All things considered, especially the location, it is probably the most attractive hotel in Kalkan in our opinion. Will happily return.

We spent four nights at this fine hotel. We were assigned to the room Melissa which has a garden view. Initially we were disappointed not to have a sea view, but came to appreciate our lodging as being quiet with a porch overlooking the stream (dry) and trees. Those who reconstructed this old house into its present intriguing format deserve commendation, with its several levels for breakfast, bar and dining. The small pool is no substitute for a dip in the sea just below, but beware you need an exit strategy for climbing out of the water onto the pebbly beach. For easier swimming in deep water take a free boat to one of the beach clubs around the bay eg Mahal. The hotel is well located close to the restaurants along the beach front, no need to climb steep hills! The outstanding features of this place include excellent and friendly service from all staff plus a sumptuous breakfast. We also had evening meals of good quality served next to the bar. The staff kindly made arrangements for boat trips and our return trip to Dalaman airport.

We stayed here at the beginning of May. Lovely hotel, lovely pool and breakfast was fabulous. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. A big Thankyou to Ali, he was so helpful and it was a pleasure to see him everyday. Thankyou for a lovely week in Kalkan
