Le Margherite

We did arrive late at night, so used a security box to gain access. The room was dark with inadequate lighting, bedding damp, one bed had no duvet at all so that person had to sleep in daytime clothing! The bathroom - disgusting! No paint on walls, mould growing in corner, lino tiles in shower and peeling up, drains very sluggish, but to be honest we skipped shower because we thought we would feel more dirty after using this bathroom! Towels were very rough, ancient and holey! People have asked why we didn't change hotels, I would have if I'd been in an area with another hotel. The whole place had the air of a halfway house for the homeless. I honestly wish I could say something nice about this place, because I love the area, but I really can't! Emailed landlord, surprise surprise - no reply!

It is practically impossible to say that Le margherite could be a good stay. Room n ° 5: Upon our arrival, as usual we checked the bed, and obviously lifting the pillows we immediately noticed how cleanliness is definitely not their strong point, in fact, on the bed there were hair obviously not ours. The bathroom is not present in the photos that describe the room and there is a reason for it, in fact you will find attached the photo of the mold in the concrete wall. Keep the towels tight because you may not find them and therefore do not know how to dry yourself after a shower, in fact, upon returning from a whole day spent visiting the city it is a must to take a shower, but since there are no towels, you understand well that it gets a little complicated. The room obviously includes air conditioning. Well, it doesn't work, so be prepared for the forced sauna. In conclusion, stay away from Le Margherite because it is as if you are throwing your money.

There is no reception but the emailed instructions to gain entry were straightforward. The power went off for ~5 minutes in the afternoon. The shower went from just abut hot enough to nearly cold in less than 30 seconds. The following morning there was no hot water at all. The shared kitchen is in need of a good clean. Two single beds, with just one pillow each.

Dans notre chambre individuel il y avait tout le nécessaire : douche, WC, une petite terrasse. Le check in et le check out se fait tout seul. Wi-Fi, climatisation dans la chambre. Cuisine partagée pour l'ensemble des hôtes. A 15mn de l'aéroport. Situé dans les 3 cités : point +.

Che dire, 1 punto solo per la gentilezza dello staff, tutti gentili e tanto disponibili su questo aspetto davvero complimenti! Per il resto… Posto da film horror, camere sporchissime piene di polvere, abbiamo trovato capelli non nostri sulle lenzuola, il letto veniva fatto malissimo difatti ogni volta che tornavo in albergo lo rifacevo io. Le scarpe le lasciavamo a terra naturalmente per comodità e non vi dico, piene di polvere e sporcizia, si pulivano quando camminavamo per strada un altro po’. Televisione non funzionante, il bagno puzzava di fogna e di sporco, anche esso pieno di polvere, non c’era nemmeno l’ariatore. Per non farci mancare niente abbiamo trovato in due sere diverse le blatte nella stanza, non vi dico il nostro terrore, camminavano sul lavandino dove ci dovevamo lavare. Il terrazzo su molto bello si vede tutta la città ma era sporco con blatte morte. Detto ciò ripeto, staff gentilissimo mi dispiace davvero tanto per questa recensione, ma io starei alla larga da questo posto, ha un grandissimo potenziale perché è davvero bella come struttura, ma i muri se ne cadono, è sporca ed è vecchia, dovrebbero attuare grandissimi cambiamenti e potrebbe diventare un posto bellissimo. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è un posto tranquillissimo, noi che eravamo con la macchina tutto ok, ma per chi è a piedi lo sconsiglio perché è lontano da tutto, non c’è un bar, non ci sono negozi, è un posto totalmente vuoto e desolato. Per il parcheggio tutto ok ci sono tantissimi posti liberi dove poter parcheggiare senza alcun problema.
