The rooms could be a bit cleaner, and the walls are very thin I could here what was going on in the room next to me, and there was a couple of kids team that were loud.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are!
The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves.
Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

這次行程最滿意這家酒店！真的很贊！酒店位於渥太華西邊的科技產業區Kanata，有很多IT行業差旅人士。酒店很新，前台南亞裔姐姐很專業，入住時詳細介紹酒店的注意事項個免費設施。房間乾淨舒適。早餐很豐富，炒蛋和腸仔味道不錯。（酒店沒拍照，發張渥太華的風景吧）

Excellent location If you're going to see a game at Canadian Tire Centre 8 minutes walk If you cross where It's prohibited by foot. If not, It's almost a 40 minute walk.
I have only good things to say about the staff and service, cleanliness and the facility. The rooms are equipped with a large fridge, microwave, stove, dishes, spoons, glasses (I was greatly surprised)
The bad things, I don't have a car, so I was on foot, restaurants, markets and convenient stores are at least 20 minutes walk, and all of these close pretty early. (Forget about thinking eating out after a Sens game) The reason why I gave It a 3 stars Around the property. If you have a car, It's a perfect hotel well located near the hockey arena, near the highway 417 and It's quiet.

Bunch of kids partying all night. Called front desk and asked for them to get it shut down… loud music played all night and mini hockey. Nothing was addressed. Only thing that was pleasant was the gentleman that checked me in. Also make sure you lock your door as someone came into my room while in the bathroom. Just the best.

The Microhotel is a new facility. The room was in perfect condition. They provide a keurig with coffee, local cable tv and breakfast in the morning which consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, bread/bagels, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juice boxes and coffee. We received a call after check in to confirm we were comfortable in our room. They provide shampoo, soap and conditioner. We ran out of a couple of basics and they were brought up to our room right away. Housekeeping is done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - friendly staff and our room was freshened up for us. We had a great stay!
