The rooms could be a bit cleaner, and the walls are very thin I could here what was going on in the room next to me, and there was a couple of kids team that were loud.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are!
The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves.
Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

這次行程最滿意這家酒店！真的很贊！酒店位於渥太華西邊的科技產業區Kanata，有很多IT行業差旅人士。酒店很新，前台南亞裔姐姐很專業，入住時詳細介紹酒店的注意事項個免費設施。房間乾淨舒適。早餐很豐富，炒蛋和腸仔味道不錯。（酒店沒拍照，發張渥太華的風景吧）

Nice hotel. Only complaints, our room wasn’t attended to by the cleaning staff & only 2 towels were in the bathroom. There was also no soap at the sink so had to use the pump from the shower to wash hands. Otherwise, great stay. Complimentary breakfast was good too.

Clean and new hotel.
Conveniently located near the Canadian Tire Centre and Tanger Outlets.
The check in process was laborious and was quite backed up.
The walls were very thin and noises from above and in the hallway were easily heard.

Check in was not done when we arrived even before 3 . We didn't expect the room but couldn't get the paperwork out of the way. Then at check in time we lost an hr waiting to get into our room. Was the busiest I have ever seen a line up to check into a hotel

Free continental breakfast was horrible. only coffee in room /no tea. Fridge in room but could have left a bottle or two of water in it. room was clean, bed comfy. Not a bar or restaurant anywhere within walking distance, yet are bar in the hotel not in use?
