We enjoyed our stay here. We got everything we need and the staffs are helpful.

Decent location and decent amenities. Comfortable bed and nice towels. Room includes kettle and tea. Lobby has some amenities for the bath. Unfortunately day two was the major 7.6 earthquake and when I return to the hotel the elevators were not working. I relocated from the ninth floor to the second for the night. Hotel tried to accommodate others during the chaos. Of note the day after the earthquake they wanted to triple my room rate, when I protested, then decided they would not . All in all a pleasant stay except for one older lady at the reception desk who was stern and rude.

在這裏住了三個晚上，地理位置很好，距離車站，近江町都步行可達
但是房間裏有一股非常刺鼻的東南亞香料或者咖喱味，實在薰的不行，在要求前台換房間後，衹是減弱，但還是有。問前台是不是接了個印度團，説也沒有。
房間不大，但是在日本也屬於正常。酒店人員態度還是不錯的

近江市場の隣にあり立地申し分無。ホテルも綺麗（アロマの香り、ロビーもカジュアル、部屋もコンパクトで良い、アメニティもしっかりしている）。朝食はイタリアンのイルキャンティが提供していますがクオリティは高い。コスパは間違い無く良い。金沢に来たらまた使いたいと思いまし友達にも自信を持ってお勧めできるホテルです！

勤務していた企業の紹介で、2013年に宿泊したのがきっかけでした。近江町市場にも近く、交通の便もとてもいいので、それ以来利用させてもらっています。フロントや、フロア掃除の女性の対応もよかった。
ホテルの近くには7－11もあり、とても便利です。ホテルの裏には、6台収容可能な駐車場もあります。万一その駐車場がいっぱいであれば、めいてつエムザ裏の立体駐車場も利用可能です。朝食は一階にあるイタリアンのお店を利用しました。また、ホテルオリジナルのトリニティリソルカードも作ってくれます。今回は、3年ぶりの利用でしたので、すべてポイントは消滅していましたが、新たにポイントも付加して更新してくれました。来年も利用したいと思っています。

Staff was awesome. Clean rooms. A little small for two brothers (both about 5'9" and 80kg), but still manageable. Maybe don't bring big suitcases

❌The popular menu used crab meat and raw fish of many restaurants near there were sold out before 9 pm.
Hotel clerks didn't tell that when they introduce these restaurants.
The discount tickets hotel clerk gave to use near restaurants was expired then.
It is difficult for visitors how to go entrance of Kanazawa Castle.
Hotel clerk didn't explain that when they introduce the Castle.

The rooms and the hallway on 2nd floor had the loudest noise the whole time. Anyone who walks on the 2nd floor towards the end of the hallway will hear it very loud and clear. When I open the room door, the noise stops, and when I close the room door, the loud noise comes back on. It sounds to be bad construction of the hallway ventilation system.
