I realy happy to visit four points by Sheraton mahabalipuram they great lawn and nice swimming pool ,hall was very good awery area was neat and clean nice staff ,nice room and hall dining space was very big ,parking area neat and clean . I thanks to lax***, venkatesh was very nice ...

Best staff I have come across !! Right from the reception Santosh and the dining section Gautam and Teresa they are so caring and always smiling and the food was awesome wonderful food Mr Murthy the head chef !!! You feel at home and the pool and recreation section staff Mr Chow is also best supportive and always smiling

Ajith, Murali and Srihari gave us a beautiful party and it was amazing….!! Had an amazing time… best to spend time for an birthday function … I celebrated one of my friends bday and had a great time… great ambiance with amazing lights with great time with the members on house

We had been there for dinner buffet, taste of the food is good, spread of the buffet is not vast, live counter had just 1 option, ice cream was good, pool side view had a pleasant view, Adarsh was of great help!! Cost for one pax is around 1650 AI/-

Food and service has been good but AC was turned off for a very long time and music volume was reduced multiple times even though we were the only one's in the bar. Talking about bartenders, sreehari, murali and ajith were very good and there were no mistakes in the bill.

We had an amazing bearer named Srihari, Murali and Ajith. They were very welcoming and took care of our entire night. All our requests were fulfilled with no complaints and they were extremely welcoming. Never had any complaints from anyone in our group.

Good hospitality and rooms. Courteous staff. Food (breakfast) was decent. Swimming pool person was very helpful. No beach access from within the resort is a slight drawback. Decent size swimming pool. Mr Das swimming pool person was very friendly.
