The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel valued. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, with fresh ingredients and excellent culinary skills. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a pleasant ambiance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience thanks to the professional staff, delicious food, and convenient setting

The worst hostel in terms of providing hospitality. The staff appears to be new and do not know to provide service. If you coming with family do not rely on their service. The make false promises etc. I will give only 1 star for their service. However, location was hotel is good

It's a very nice property with a very good location and decent food. Staff is cordial and helpful. On request they kept our preorder food in the room as we were running late

Overall it was a good experience. Staff were courteous and cooperative. Beautiful view of snow capped mountains and sunset from the hotel. Food was reasonably good. Thanks to Mr. Manjeet and his team for attending to our calls and service requirements promptly.

I stayed at hotel katson castle, dharmashala ***** with my family in may’24. The property is quite new and very well
maintained. The rooms were quite clean and hygenic. The staff is courteous and was constantly looking for ways to make my stay pleasant. Special mention and thanks to gm of the property mr. Manish thakur who personally ensured the booked ipl match tickets were collected in timely manner from hp-ca ground and also for ensuring my stay was a memorable one.

It was a wonderful stay at Katson Castle.
The room were clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was great and had variety. The views from the top floor rooms are mesmerising. The staff is friendly and polite. Overall a very nice experience.👍🏻

Great hotel. Amazing experience with a friendly staff. Very clean and well kept rooms. The beds, pillows and comforters are soooo comfortable, better than any star* hotel. Manjeet specially made us feel very welcome and restaurant staff was so helpful.A great place for vacation.
