MPT Safari Lodge Mukki, Kanha

The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the river and feel the cool breeze with trees around. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to walk 5 minutes from resort and there is a direct path leading to Safari Gate of Kanha National Park which is Mukki Gate.

MP Tourism lodges are spacious with great facilities and food. We visited in last week of August. Core zone is closed but buffer zone is open. MPT Safari Lodge Mukki, Kanha is in the midst of the jungle with a wilderness experience. Our deluxe room was right in front of the river with a patio. Beautiful trails into the forest. The service and food is amazing. Staff are diligent and will cook any specific food if you need. They can arrange night safari for tiger watch too. They packed excellent morning breakfast for our safari. This lodge is worth every penny. My only suggestion is to have regular maintenance of the stairs, beds, pool areas. Tourists like us visit during off-season too. It would be great, if they can maintain the cleanliness. Online booking services needs to be improved. I would give this lodge a 4 star rating.

Must visit! One of the best resorts for anyone who wants to relax in the heart of jungle like ambience. Place is so well maintained, easy to reach. The rooms are so clean , comfortable . Food that they serve is very tasty and hygienic at the same time . Staff is very professional and they make your stay even more better. (For me they arranged the cake and celebration decor to celebrate the birthday) . Bon fire in open was good . Hassle free booking, they helped us in almost all the planning from hotel booking to jungle safari etc. Service is very prompt and professional highly recommended for anybody who is willing to spend a lovely time in kanha alone or with family. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again MPT Safari lodge for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Good resort with excellent courteous staff. Rooms are spacious. Food is excellent. Food spread in breakfast, lunch and dinner all are good. Located very near to Mukki gate at Kanha. The hotel arranged for drop and pick up from the hotel to mukki gate for jungle safari. Jitendra took special care of the guests. But, the major drawback of the resort is that water supply in bathroom and wash basin is dirty and full of mud, probably because of non-availability of water trea**ent plant. Overall maintenance of the resort is also not good.

It's a beautiful stay,that's very close to nature the lush green surrounding is going to take your heart away. The staff experience is amazing very prompt ,you will feel like home here. Food is awesome offers wide variety and the stay here is worth every penny. I have been to this place since 2017 and it has given me happiness and happiness always. Believe me the hospitality they offer is beyond expectations specially Mr.***oj the ***ager,Yadhuraj ji,Sevaram ji, Satyendra these people have been so good to everyone and they're always into making your trip awesome. Without a second thought I recommend this place to everyone! Must visit, Super cool staff and food❤️

Like to share my boarding & lodging experience at MPT Safari Lodge, Mukki, Kanha, MP. Travelled with family on short safari vacation. In the beginning we were little sceptical of booking govt. resort on a holiday. Thought of giving it a try for the first time and called the resort on phone for reservation in the night around 9.00 p.m. My Check-in was on 31st May 2022 Restaurant ***ager Yaduraj picked up the call and made the booking seamless and quenched all our queries related to resort and safari. On reaching the resort met ***ager ***oj Pal Singh. He is a thorough gentle*** and soft-spoken person. Helped us in all means to keep us comfortable. Rooms were perfect and food was superb. Cooks’ hands are blessed and they deserve 100/100 marks on food taste and quality. Yaduraj is multi-tasking person and perfect in his job. Breakfast packed for the safari was awesome. All the resort team was co-operative and were always smiling and ready to help. It was a wonderful experience staying in the Mukki Kanha safari lodge. ***oj a big thankyou for making our stay comfortable and hats off to you and your team for the upkeep of the resort and carrying such a good team ***** with you. You broke my mental taboo of staying in govt. resorts. Mukki Safari gate is just two minutes drive from the resort. Its a small property but very nicely and neatly maintained. You can smell the jungle. On paying 200Rs. charge extra got pick-up and drop from the resort for the safari. Did safari twice (mukki zone & kanha zone) but was unfortunate to see the tiger. Jungle is much much better than Jim Corbett (my personal opinion). Our lady guide Lalita was a young cheerful bubbly girl and though her experience was less but she was encyclopedia on jungle. Our driver Wahid was also superb and explained us all things in detail. Kanha Safari highly recommended at least once in lifetime.

It was a great place to stay - we stayed there for 3 nights in AC Deluxe Room - the view was good and room space was enough / more for 3 persons to stay. The staffs were very co-operative and professional - it made feel us that we are staying at home as part of a bigger family. The buffets were having plenty of items and were delicious - I would recommend MPT Safari Lodge Mukki to be the most preferable destination stay for jungle lovers who want to visit Kanha.

Very pleasant experience, enjoyed 2 days stay, safari, food and nature. The staff is very welcoming. All services are top class including food taste. Calm place to ve with your partner or family ar friends.

Excellent location...very polite and cooperative staff... delicious food ...must stay if you visit mukki zone....nice playing area for children.... booked river side room with superb river view... recommend for family
