New property, neat and clean rooms. Located nearby payyambalam beach. Car parking, gym, rooftop pool available, prompt room service. Food menu was pricey for me. Better to get room with bf and lunch dinner package

I recently went to kannur on a road trip to bangalore and stayed at benale international. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and had all the aminities and the in house restraunt was excellent with great food and excellent service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning their trip to kannur

The location is close to the railway station. The hotel provides clean rooms, and great service. Polite and supportive staff is worth mentioning.

Hotel is good, but location wise little inside from main road. However connectivity issue is not there. Breakfast is too good, lots of variety is available.

Stay was quiet ok. Need more focused improvement on transport assistance and room cleaning timing, restaurants services etc

Hotel clean. Front office restaurant and food good. Near to railway station. Access to all major temples including kottiyoor.

Excellent hotel in Kannur! Probably the best in Kannur. The rooms are very neat and clean and spacious. Highly recommended. Loved every bit of our stay here. Location is also very good. Special thanks to Mr.Santosh. Will definitely stay here when I am in Kannur next time.

If you are interested in a stay that is closer to the town, look no further this is the place to choose. However, i as a traveler ***** with family am interested in a more calm and cozy place. Hence my review will be biased. Here are my pointers : * the place is crowded as hell, especially on sunday. If you intend to take your car out, there are chances that you will not be able to park your car within 100 m closer to the hotel and the hotel management was not supportive in providing a preference to the people who are staying there. * the hotel's focus is not on the people staying there but rather on various gatherings such as team meetings, family gatherings, wedding fixation, etc. * due to the excess crowd, sometimes you end up with people drinking from the parking lot which is mildly disturbing. * food served is hit or a miss and breakfast is just average * there is no room service after 10 pm. You need to call go to reception to get things sorted * they have a "strict" policy that they will only provide 2 refillable water bottles per room. * the swimming pool was out of service and no one had any idea when it was going to be ready it could always be "tomorrow.
