rooms were very old , complimentary breakfast included only dosa and bread charged amount like four star hotel

property on the highway itself. good location as such. found bedbugs in the bed, all other aspects good.

The water mixer was not fixed properly. They fixed on request but didn't check whether hot water coming or not. When we checked in the morning at 0500 am, no hot water available

Location is good for the parents visiting the students around that area. Good staff with supportive.

I recently stayed at sneha inn for a one night and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel had all the amenities i needed and they were all in functional condition. The room itself was clean enough, although i did notice a faint smell of cigarette smoke. This was a bit unpleasant for me, but it wasn't strong enough to ruin my stay. The bed was comfortable and i had a good night's sleep. One thing that could be improved was the service at the hotel's dine-in restaurant. The staff seemed to be understaffed, and as a result, the orders took a while to be delivered. I understand that the hotel might be facing some staffing issues due to the pandemic, but waiting for food for over an hour was a bit too much for me. However, the food was good and i enjoyed the variety on the menu. Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent enough. While there were some areas that could be improved, i was satisfied with the overall experience. If the hotel could address the issue with the cigarette smoke smell in the room and hire more staff to improve the service at the restaurant, it could be a great place to stay.

i am booking rooms on 29th at 6 pm. i am checking in at 5 o'clock on the 30th due to traffic and heavy rain. instead of the rooms shown, i got ordinary rooms which were not comfortable and clean at all. due to travel fatigue i decided to adjust with what i got. but within 7 hours of check in they asked me to check out the room. they said very rudely that the room will be allowed only till 12 o'clock.
