Arrived about 7 pm , no buzzer or host at desk . After about 5 or 6 hellos a young ladie came out and got us situated. The room was ok except for a few things = stained towels , remote didnt work , the smoke detector kept beeping every 10 minutes. I went to the desk again and did my hellos to get someone to help. Young lady again and she went to the room with me after stopping one room away to get a remote. We were willing to switch rooms but was rebuffed. When she heard the noise she said she would call maintenance........no show . I was able to get the chirping to stop for a short while . I wanted to **** it out of the cieling . It was driving me crazy. Asked for a noon check out and was refused check pics

The place was well situated and clean, but guest cards don't open any exterior doors. You can only enter by the front desk, despite the inconvenience. Your room key expires every morning, coinciding with the continental breakfast. Very few television channels. I was leary of my Baymont reservations at a nearby town but it's been good.

My complaint was the rook I received had many broken items, there was tons of dirt and dust on many areas. My air unit was covered in dust and dirt. My lamp was wobbly and broken so could not use. My phone was cracked in the room. My bathroom door had a punch hole in it. The sink was cracked. Also I had live baby roaches crawling in the bathroom. It was not what I expected for the price. I was very disappointed in this stay.

Hotel was fine, served the purpose. Rooms were dated. The AC was loud. And it had double beds. They need an upgrade badly. However the staff was great.
Water in the room cost $7! Be warned.

Walk in shower floor was not even and created a huge mess in bathroom floor with water. We had to use our towels to prevent it from getting on carpeted floor. Very unsafe for a wheelchair user to transfer from wheelchair to toilet without falling on wet floor.

Horrible hotel with false pictures on the web site. Broker windows, bullet holes in some areas, no other cars in parking lot. Looked like a homeless guy in the lobby. I tried to cancel my reservation but was told I couldn’t because it was made online. Refused to stay there and found a different hotel. ******* should be ashamed for having this on their site.

The room was very clean, and it was quiet. The heater and refrigerator did not work at all. Most inconvenient, there is no elevator. If you have luggage, you have to schlep it up the stairs.
