Staff was pleasant but being right next to the Interstate… super noisy. No hot breakfast, no milk for cereal. Clearly they are running this place poorly. Room was clean , bed comfy. Would not stay here again

This hotel was an excellent location for catching a KC Chiefs football game, which was the reason we chose it. The first room that was given to us appeared to already have guests in it so we returned to the front desk and was given another room. The carpet has gross and the bed sheets had stains on them. The breakfast was a great bonus since there was NO where to eat around there.

Janelle and her team at Hotel Lotus always take Great Care of us! We have stayed there many times over the years while attending Kansas City Chiefs games. We always receive a Warm Welcome and Excellent Customer Service!

I am a Chiefs season ticket member and my wife and I routinely stay at this hotel for night games. We always have a great experience, especially the friendly staff at the front desk who are always pleasant and incredibly helpful.

When you walked into the room you could smell the mold. There was water damage on the ceiling and the water. The staff was rude and wouldn't let us take coffee to our room without charging us $15.

Very convenient location! Walking distance to Geha Stadium.
Nice hot breakfast every morning and very clean.
Staff was super friendly.
Special mention about Janelle, the GM...she was extremely accommodating and empathetic when I had to extend my stay due to losing my purse at the game. Just a super sweet person!
I would definitely stay here again :)

This property should be avoided at all costs.
The close distance to the stadium is not worth the poor condition of this hotels. Poorly staffed. Faculty has faulty issues all over. The pictures are a different time. Does not represent the current condition of the hotel. The place looks closed upon arrival. Front doors don't operate correctly. Front desk personnel could not be bothered to open the doors when we arrived. Asked three times to have the toilet fixed to no avail. Room keeping never occurred. Had to ask for towels twice. Not what you would want to have as a stay for a Chiefs game. Stay downtown and get yourself to the stadium. Nothing around the hotel for food.

Perfect location for a football game, walked over in about 15min. Breakfast was great (very cool pancake maker) and the staff was great. Our biggest complaint is there was no guide for TV channels and the blanket was thin but we survived.
