Rainforest Kanthalloor

The worst resort in Munnar We were 7 persons .Only two rooms are eligible for staying.These too very small and tidy.Bathrooms are very dirty and hot water is coming very slowly.Five persons were accomodated in these small rooms. Two persons were accomodated in a room back to the resort. This room has no wash basin and proper bathroom. This is not a room but a cattle shed converted into a room. Food was very costly and they bring it from some outside places. There is not enough parking place for vehicles. Our driver was not provided a room and he has to sleep inside the vehicle. A lady called MINI is in charge of the resort and she is somewhere in Munnar. During booking she will speak very sweetly and politely,but once you got accomodated here,she will not contact you or attend to your calls. Please think twice before selecting this resort. The worst resort in Kanthaloor.

No mentioned amenities where there .. No welcome drink No dinner arranged since they claimed maid on leave Those are acceptable .. But there is no heater to take a bath .. they are mentioning that there is no gas .. they don’t have any water heater attached in bathrooms , it’s very cold weather Breakfast is provided but not worthy , just watery sambar and chutney … No amenities at this costly price .. if you are willing to pay just for house without nothing .. enjoy When we complained this to manager .. she simply asked us to pay and leave .. she threatened she would file complaint.. No proper bills with GST number … but Frozen chapathi has gst in their bill
