It's definitely worth it, if you don't mind being a bit further from the center of the city and attractions. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included. The staff are friendly and polite. Depending on the time of year parking can be a hassle. The location is a bit tricky to navigate by car or on foot.

I have just spent three nights in this wonderful hotel. The purpose was so I could visit sites in western Sarajevo. The hotel organised a shuttle to pick me up from the airport and dropped me at the door. I can’t say enough about the staff in this hotel. That covers everyone from the management, the receptionists, the wait and bar staff. They make the a**osphere in this place and it is just stunning. The room was pretty good, on the 4th floor. Comfortable and clean. I wasn’t really there to experience the hotel. It was a base but it was such a pleasure to come back in the afternoon to this hotel. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

After travelled in Sarajevo city, my friends & I ready to found a hotel. When we walk in Lobby of Koncept Residence reception, we feel smelly, disgusting, annoying, exasperating & etc, after we look around, we knew that smokes came from smoking area, and no door to block off!! We ran out immediately from lobby and look for others hotel, very bad experience in Sarajevo!

Lovely staff. Rooms are super cool, and the hotel has a vibe unlike any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Restaurant food was good and was also a really good value. Parking options are good too.

Easy and close to airport. The problem was the smell of cigarette smoke in my room and while sleeping. The smell was very strong for a non smoking room.

Check in was good. There was a wedding on and the lobby was extremely crowded and loud with music blaring. Many people were smoking
