RamRam, The hotel is strategically located. Very close to beach , Vivekanand Smarak and Kanyakumari Temple. Property is well maintained and clean. Rooms were spacious enough to accommodate three of us. View from the terrace or even from front desk is amazing.

I reached Hotel Maadhini at around 06:00 a.m. I was initially told that no bachelors/single person is allowed in the Hotels in Kanyakumari. When i tried to showed my govt. issued id. The manager said Sir please (Mr. Raghu) .. I was really pissed off. Immediately i called the application from which i booked the hotel and the executive asked the manager that you have not mentioned it in your policies.. The manager replied him that how many years have you been working.. i dont want to escalate the issue but this important for all the solo travellers who have come to Kanyakumari for Darshan.. he didnt allowed early check in because of no rooms available that is acceptable to me and also allowed me to check in at 12 noon.. but seeing the attitude of Mr. Raghu i diddnt checked in and asked to cancel.. Fortunately the booking got cancelled.. Mr. Raghu people are coming from very far away ..i understand this issue of not giving room to single people but there are some genuine people also who have come to darshan the Goddess Kanyakumari.. I am traveler from Mumbai. I advice u all that If u arrive early !!! U should find ur room urself. See whole hotel. In kanyakumari I think most of guest houses and hotels are suck....worthless for price u pay for one night. u rather see all rooms and then book it. Dont believe pics....or just plan to travel Kanyakumari for oneday trip. Nothing without tip of sea.
