Good service. Location is a bit far from metro, but you can take bus so it’s not a big deal. Front desk staff is friendly and always helpful.

Hotel offers water, snacks, fruits and drinks upon arrival. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great however not very convenient to train station or MRT. Closest MRT might take 20min walk. Rooms are a bit outdated but still clean in general. It is a plus they offer free cocktail.

The hotel is clean and comfortable.
You have to ask for your room to be cleaned and sometimes they forget to do this after being asked.
No breakfast available.
Hotel is located about 20 mins from most attractions/restaurants so not so convenient.

There was a lot of dusk in the bathroom for some reason. The ceiling in the shower is very low so if you’re 6ft and over, you will have to move your head to the side.
The left fan was broken so only the right side of the room had ac.
Hotel staff is quick and responsive to your needs and requests. The lady there is very respectful and helpful. The guys there are also chill and easy going dudes.
Overall, i give it a 4 out of five since the fan didn’t work, dusk in bathroom and low shower ceiling.
