Great service and great facility. View from the terrace was so beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was fine. Room service was a bit expensive. Burger was just €14 but the delivery fee was charged €10..

Wypoczynek na najwyższym poziomie. Pobyt w tym hotel umożliwia korzystania z pełnej bazy SPA tego objektu oraz dodatkowo odrębnego zarezerwowanego obszaru dla gości hotelowych. Położenie tego hotelu jest idealne dla miłośników sportów zimowych- publiczny ski bus co 30 minut zawozi narciarzy na stoki Kitzsteinhorn oraz Schmittenhohe. Narty można przechować w niarciarni wyposażonej z suszarkami do butów narciarskich. Pokoje typu panorama są duże i wygodne, i mają dużo szaf do przechowywania rzeczy osobistych. Oczywiście w szafie jest sejf. W pokoku typu Panorama minibar jest uzupełniony codziennie w napoje bezalkoholowe- woda oraz soki. Duży balkon daje możliwość podziwiania widoku na Kitzsteinhorn. My mieliśmy wykupioną opcję HB. Śniadania są bardzo urozmaicone i z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Kucharz przygotuje omlety lub jajka według upodobania. Kolacja w restuaracji głowniej składa się z baru sałatkowego, baru z przekąskami w tym stanowisko show cooking gdzie przygotowane są dania zgodnie z tematem dnia, zupy (2 do wyboru). Danie głowne jest a la carte (4 wybory). Każda kolacja kończy się pysznym deserem. Dodatkowo przy opcji HB istnieje możliwość zamianę kolacji w restauracji głównej na kolację w strefie Water World gdzie możne spożyć kolację w szlafroku pomiędzy sesjami w saunie. Przy meldowaniu każdy gość dostaje "zegarek' z chipem który służy jako klucz do pokoku oraz stref wypoczynku, jak również do rozliczania dodatkowych zamónionych napojów i usług. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc kompletny wypoczynek dal całej rodziny. Jedyną rzeczą niekorzystną która mnie spotakała było pominięcie naszego pokoku jednego dnia przez pokojówkę, ale jeden telefon wieczorem i pokój był posprzątany i ręczniki wymienione.

Tauern Spa is the greatest hotel where we have spent our holidays so far. even though we agreed never to return to the same place more than once, we have already been to Tauern Spa twice and plan to return here this summer. everything is at the highest level, from service, cleanliness to food. a great holiday for the whole family

This hotel is best of the best. Amazing experience we had for our Chris**as holiday. Food was outstanding, delicious and beautifully served. Everything was at the high level. We enjoyed every minute in this hotel. Thanks a lot to Ervin, he was our waiter for the entire holiday. He was very professional and very friendly. Thank you Ervin. You made our stay even more beautiful. The spa was incredible. We travel a lot and we've been to many beautiful places but this spa was outstanding. Thank u to all your team Tauern Spa.

We tend to ski in Austria each year with our young Son and so generally look for a hotel with a pool for entertainment once we get back in the afternoon. When I came across the Tauern Spa my son said we had to try it and we weren't disappointed. When the coach stopped outside in the dark and we all saw the glass-sided Skyline Panorama Pool on the roof of the Hotel lit up with multicoloured lights pretty much every child was asking their parents, " Wow are we staying here?" Unfortunately it turned out that particular pool was adults only, but there are plenty of other indoor and outdoor pools to choose from in the Spa building itself (as well as a whirlpool poor, waterslide, echo chamber...) and our son wasn't disappointed. Hotel guests get early access to the facilities and whilst skiing was the priority most days, on our check-out day we made the most of this and had the whole spa virtually to ourselves for an hour. The rooms were lovely, there was a wide range of choice at breakfast and dinner and the quality of the food was excellent. The only real downside was that you are almost the last pickup on the skibus that comes from Zell am See and a few times it was completely full so we had to wait for the next one, which wasn't ideal trying to get our son to skischool.

after a year we came back to this hotel again because we love Kaprun and this hotel, I would start with a negative, last year I said that I miss, for example, waffles for breakfast, and this year, for example, choosing breakfast and dinner to eat was a little more difficult for me , I don't eat fish, I think the level of food went down a bit, but what's great about breakfast is that you can make fresh, apple, carrot; orange and I also appreciate alpro yogurts, vanilla, chocolate, caramel, I love the hotel, but the swimming pool upstairs came to me against last year, a bit colder, but what I have to praise and why we come back are the best drinks, and the bar, I like them best and have no competition in the world at hotels! great service from the bartender Andrej, who always went out of his way to help us and his drinks are worth trying. Thank you Andrej!

The hotel location and style are the best in Kapron you will not find a better than this hotel with a view and the best spa and swimming pool, I like also the breakfast menu with many choices available, but I don't like the reception system after check-in I call they for the tv remote need battery because not working they said to come to the reception to take the battery.
