"Highly recommended! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Excellent accommodation, friendly and nice staff/owners, beautiful setting, and top-notch cleanliness and service. One small suggestion: a sauna with a cooling pool or biotope would be a fantastic addition. Ideal for couples, groups, or families. Thanks to Andi and Nina for a great experience. We'll definitely be back!"

The Chalet was very cosy,clean and beautifully designed.The chalet is well stocked and the equipment is high quality. The owners have considered details that make the stay fantastic.There is a log fireplace,smart tv,speakers,deck with outdoor furnture,a bar where you can but drinks or gourmet ice cream,views of the mountains,spa passes included and close proximity to the town.The owners are very friendly and helpful. We visited with our baby and they gave us a diaper bin which was helpful.We will definitely stay again

Amazing location and appartements. Been here 19 times all ready. Including the Spa it’s the best place for a holiday in Austria. Next year again off course. And the best people Andi en Nina 👍🏼

The chateau was excellent! From the tidiness of the rooms to the wide range and quality of appliances , everything was on spot. All chateaus are close to the ski depot, and the bus station is a 2 minute walk from the chateau. The amount of dishes and equipment in the kitchen is comparable to our home. The TV has Netflix and Apple TV, which comes in handy in the evening. The most surprising thing to us is the host. Andy is THE MOST COURTEOUS host we have ever seen. Whenever we needed something he would show up in less than a minute. We are definitely going to come again!

absolutely fantastic!!! We stayed here recently, sadly only for 2 nights as we were passing through but we would have loved to stayed longer. Andi was a amazing host, super friendly, gave us suggestions of what to do and where to eat and the Chalets are absolutely gorgeous with the most amazing views! Easy to walk to the town, catch the bus to Zell am See or get to the train station. The Chalets have everything you needed. I am a travel agent and will definitely sell these Chalets to any clients who are looking at going to Kaprun!

We had an amazing stay Apartment is luxurious equipped incl dishwasher, clean and great location. Parking in front of the accomodation. The reservation was incl.summercarte so most tourist attractions and mountain lifts are included. You also get a free entrance card for the Spa in Kaprun!! Also the host was wonderful, helping us with coffee ;) , tips for restaurants and excursions but he also made arrangements that our friends could move to the apartment next to us...the service was the cherry on top! Hope we can go back...loved every minute of our stay.

We had a great time in the Dorfchalets in Kaprun. The location was great, the chalet was comfortable and clean and Andi and Nina are great hosts (and their children are absolutely adorable!) The chalet was fully equipped, although we did miss a full-lenght mirror. We made a lot of use of the free Zell am See - Kaprun Summer card and the free Tauern Spa Card was a very nice ‘bonus’

Herzlichen Dank, wir durften wundervolle Weihnachtsfeiertage im Dorfchalets genießen. Es war alles hervorragend! Sauberkeit und Ausstattung vortrefflich. Brötchenservice und Erstausstattung, die echt umfangreich war und nicht selbstverständlich. Unterstützung bei allen Fragen genial. Wir kommen wieder

In het chalet is alles netjes verzorgd, en superschoon. Er is tevens een koelkast/vriezer op het terrein waar je nog enkele noodzakelijk levenswaren kunt kopen: onder andere wijn of ijs. Tevens kun je gebruik maken van een wasmachine. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Kaprun en van de supermarkt. In de zomer krijg je er een zomerkaart bij, welke onder andere gratis toegang tot de liften geeft. Al met al super goed en tot in de puntjes verzorgt allemaal.
