Excellent service,great views of the lake,easy to navigate from one conference hall to the next,well ventilated rooms, adequate amenities for conference presentations,meticulous attention to meal presentation and of course the hippos were a sight to behold.

I am one person who likes wildlife from a distance. I was not very happy when I had we are going to Lake Naivasha. I was pleasantry surprised to find that it is such beautiful modern resort. The buildings, grounds are all beautiful. One can see there was a big investment. However, the owners are let down by lack of attention to details. There are many small things with regards to renovation which left a sour taste in my mouth. With attention to details this facility can be world class.

The security at the gate would make you think that you are in for an excellent experience but the the plastic plates, melamine cups, inattentive nature of the staff will leave you with a bitter taste. The food leaves a lot to be desired with their overbooked halls and few serving points relative to clientele a nightmare.

I have been to numerous resorts in Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is so far the worst. The rooms, especially the apartments close to the gate had no Wifi, no hot water, no balcony. No value for money. The food was poor quality overall. They need to improve a lot of things if they are to compete with likes of SOPA or Sawela

I made my reservation through an agency and was disappointed to find we had a double bed instead of the twin room we expected. However, Sylvia Wanjiku was very understanding of the issue. She and her team worked diligently to ensure our comfort, even providing us with water for my medication. Overall, my friends and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although on the second day, the water was cold. Nevertheless, the staff was helpful. Thank you, LNR; I hope to return in the future.

This is an absolutely massive resort in Lake Naivasha. This resort was chosen by our tour agency as a stopover between other safari sites. The rooms are big. Our shower was not very clean. To top it off, we had no running water after 9pm in our room. As we were leaving early the next day and they give you bottled water, we didn't even bother calling. The answer on checkout was "well the water is back on now". A pro for this place is that it's close to Crescent Island, where you can take a kayak and do a walking tour in super close proximity to multiple animals. If we had running water throughout the stay and the shower were cleaner, I would rate it higher. The staff that drove us around were friendly. The front desk staff appeared overwhelmed.

Lake Naivasha resort is amazing place to be. Beautiful environment and amazing Rooms. Room are spaces for family. Boat safari and hippo's. Meals are well done. Staff are very nice. Worthy ✨ visiting again . Thank you for great service. See you soon.

Very bad service and slow! We were a family, we ordered food for the two kids 30min before we ordered ours! Then the food took forever, asking the waiter she says no no no I want you to eat together ♀️♀️♀️♀️ we were like what the hell? But finally the food arrived missing one child’s food( chicken fingers)♂️ One hour later the kids food is not here yet, everyone ate their lunch apart from her! And they food was really pathetic! After complaining for 1hr they finally brought the chips alone without the fingers! The child was really disappointed! Definitely it’s not a place we will go back again……avoid this place by all means!!!! Pathetic

Very frustrating services. Poor PA system, unavailable uninformed hotel personnel. I'm hosting 45 media members from mainstream TV, radio and all but I'm not even able to project the presentation!!!! What in the world's nonsense is this @LakeNaivaishaResort???
