Hotel położony w niedalekiej odległości od Pamukkale, zaciszny, idealny na wypady do pobliskich atrakcji turystycznych. Pokoje przestronne oferujące "przestrzeń życiową" dla turysty zmęczonego zwiedzaniem. Co prawda widok z balkonu na pobliski opuszczony i zdewastowany zakład produkcyjny nie należy do przyjemnych, ale na jedną noc da się wytrzymać. No i co nas z żoną pozytywnie uderzyło po wejściu do pokoju to jasna wykładzina podłogowa bez żadnej plamy, bez żadnych śladów użytkowania (a nie był to pokój właśnie oddany do użytku, bo widać było, że bywają w turyści).

This was a great hotel. We only had one day to explore and they helped us feel at home and make all arrangements. We appreciate how great they made us feel. Rooms were clean and food was good.

I can describe this hotel as simply excellent. The building is very nice, plenty of cool marble, modern furniture and complete clean environment. The hidden mineral pool is the pearl of the hotel. 40 degrees centigrade water packed with minerals is super healthy. The food in hotel requires a special article. It is so good, fresh and plentiful. The staff is so helpful and obliging that it is admirable. My strong recommendation to everyone is to stay in this hotel.

Everything fine for the price, clean, good variety od good, pool with cooler water which Is good in So hot leather. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, working AC, small balkony, bathroom with tub, good for the price

This place gets better each time we visit. Amazing value for Half Board. Plus - they serve Tea at 3.00 pm every day with homemade buns & biscuits. Little tip - if you want a quiet room, ask for D or E Block in the newest part. Double rooms are spacious, light, air con if required and have a small balcony. Note: there are NO lifts, so mention when booking if special access is required. Some English is spoken. The hotel now offers wine, beer & spirits.

We have been coming to this Hotel for almost 20 years. Over that time, we have witnessed many changes, updates and improvements not only to the building but also to the facilities on offer. The staff, particularly the Front reception manager, Cihan, are all very helpful, kind and attentive. We learned on this visit that Herakles is now classed as 4*s - well deserved too. Looking forward to another return visit.

the pool was nice even though did not use it.
The price was ok considering that was a thermal hotel.
room was nice and clean, and rested well.
at the terrace by the pool you have to go by the reception and get what you need and put it on your room.
would definitely stay again especially if you want to go to Pamukale.
