The staff were very nice. Our room was clean. I loved the multiple pools at the hotel. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend to families with children.

Объекту требуется обновление и генеральная уборка, завтрак обычный, сервис хороший только на ресепшн. При возможности лучше остановится в другом отеле

Karahayıt merkezde küçük bir aile işletmesi. Sakin bir zamanda bulunduk, kalabalık olduğunda farklı değerlendirilebilir. 24 saat hizmet veren kapalı ve açık küçük termal havuzu, Karahayıt'ın şifalı suyu hoşumuza gitti. Odaları klimalı, temiz, basit ve ihtiyacı karşılayacak şekilde düzenlenmiş. Bazılarının balkonu var. Sadece sabah kahvaltısı ücrete dahil ve yeterliydi. Fiyatı uygun.

Very good in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and location. Staff also very professional and very funny. Breakfast it was good. Vegetables are fresh and foods are fresh. Inside the room there is natural hot water(from the Pamukkale). Thank you all the staff.

Great property, about 5-8 minutes driving from main attractions and very quiet. Next door is nice grocery store, restaurants is walking distance. Rooms are cleans and nice. They have pool for babies, pool for adults and older kids and thermal pool. Friendly personal and good breakfast! I would definitely stay there again!

I loved this spot. Pamukkale is the best . Hotel is clean and comfortable . Swimming pool and sauna are open 24 hours . Personnel was very kind and helpful . Breakfast is not continental. I could not find any biscuits or croissant and I was starving:( . The rest perfect
