Avs Imperiaa Karaikal

A very good hotel in Tirunallar. My reservation was handled properly and room was ready on arrival. Staff are friendly and courteous. Toilets in the room need renovation. Food though good is overpriced. Housekeeping can be better and they can provide additional pillows for what they charge.

I have stayed recently in this hotel, firstly it provides complimentary breakfast and quality is good, rooms are spacious, bar and restaurant menu is costly. They have packages for tours and charges are higher sides, they have swimming pool facility it is from 08am to 05pm some what at office times, spa is under maintenance. Some temples and beach are nearer other locations like church and dargah is far, this hotel location is 1-2kms far from main junction. Coz at late evening difficult to find transportation like autos etcs and hospitality is ok not upto mark need improvement. They have only auto for pick up and drop at airport and it is not reliable( i have faces issue like i have booked auto for drop at station, auto person gone with other passenger without intimating, even desk people didn’t help response is pathetic). But hotel is best place to stay when compare with the karaikal area, coz this place very small and very less places to visit and shops closes early and transportation is difficult. And moreover be careful auto people charge very high rate better to bargain. Staff in this hotel speaks max tamil very less hindi and good at english.
