Budget Hotel

Price is good. But room small and un comfortable tv not working and no wi-fi but ok one day stay ok ne

At first they gave me a room which has no key. It can be open with any key and i saw the room. No ac in bathroom water leaking i said i don't like the room. I want another room. But the receptionist, she is very arrogant and said i don't give another room u have to stay there only. I argued and finally her boss called her and told to change the room then they showed me 2 rooms. In one room comode was broken and we can't go washroom and in second room there is no lock and key. It can open directly without key. Again asked for another room. She told me these rooms only we have if u want to stay you can or u can go another hotel. As where i can go in that situation. I travel-led overnight and tired. And this place is new to me. I tried to explain but that women didn't show any respect to me.. At the time of booking they said complimentary breakfast, free wifi tv etc. But none is available. Tv is just there, remote is not working, i called them for remote no one responded. For complimentary they gave me one half literally bottle. I don't recommend everyone to stay here. Pathetic staff and services.

The rooms are well organized and of decent size. The bathroom requires little upgrading. Room ac was very effective. The front desk was really friendly, helpful and well aware of the local monuments and information

Room was good and staff was very polite and services was excellet. Will definitely try this hotel again in future. Price is little high as compare to direct booking
