Hotel Winterrot

This is a truly superb hotel. Built in 2020, everything is obviously like new. Very tastefully designed, using expensive fittings. Without doubt it is owned by people who have tremendous pride in their hotel.. Super staff.. Very friendly and helpful. The bar and lounge area is so comfortable and relaxing. The room we were in is faultless and good value. A genuinely great place to stay. We stayed on a Saturday night as we were passing through the area. I find it hard to believe but it was lovely and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very bad hotel. I do not recommend anyone to stay in it if you do not want to spoil all your nerves. There is no hot water in the hotel. Very cold. A terribly uncomfortable bed with the cheapest mattress. The staff behaves very rudely, a terrible attitude towards customers. I have not seen more boorish staff in any hotel. The hotel is very noisy. Moreover, you will not be allowed to eat or even drink water in your room. The staff is constantly throwing a tantrum out of the blue. It was the most terrible business trip. The description of the hotel completely does not correspond to reality

Disgusting hotel. Never stay in it. I don't recommend it. The staff is terribly rude. The staff exhausted all our nerves. There is no hot water. The hotel service is terrible. The food is bad. The cheapest mattress on the bed. It's very cold and noisy there. It is impossible to sleep in a hotel. You can't eat in the room, you can't drink in the room, you can't do anything. It feels like a prison. Treating people like the dregs of society! It was the worst hotel in my entire life. Even in a cheap hostel it's better than there!

Very nice staff, at reception and the restaurant they make such an effort to help you Beautiful new rooms, I will include pictures Excellent bed, really comfortable Nice quiet location Loved it !!! It was the final stay of our annual holiday and it was such a lovely end.

Schönes, neues Hotel mit ansprechenden Zimmern, die ausreichend groß und sehr schön eingerichtet sind. Kostenlose Parkplätze! Das ganze Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da könnte man sich wohlfühlen. Kleines Manko des Zimmers: die Verdunkelung ist nicht ausreichend. Großes Manko der Gastronomie: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Da man hier in einem Gewerbegebiet übernachtet, gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit woanders essen zu gehen, ohne mit dem Auto noch mal wegzufahren. Das wird mit extrem hohen Preisen für Standard-Gerichte ausgenutzt. Bei fast 26€ für ein Paprikagulasch mit ein wenig Rindfleisch drin erwarte ich bei dem, was das Restaurant mit entsprechender Einrichtung und Deko vorgibt zu sein, wenigstens ein wenig Brotauswahl mit etwas Butter oder bestenfalls mit etwas angemachten Quark als Appetizer der Küche vorab. Ich bekam einen Teller mit besagtem Paprikastew und einem Klecks Reis in der Mitte hingestellt. War Ok, aber keine 26€ wert. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass der Koch, obwohl das Restaurant bis auf einen weiteren Gast leer war, gefühlt 200 Schitzel etwa 20 Minuten lautstark geklopft hat, was auf Dauer extrem nervig war. Der nächste Klopfer kam beim Frühstück: aufgrund der Auslastung im Hotel kann ich nachvollziehen, dass kein Frühstücksbuffet aufgebaut wurde. Leider wurde eine hübsch dekorierte Platte serviert, auf der eigentlich alles enthalten war, was möglicherweise auch auf dem Buffet gewesen wäre (bis auf Kleinigkeiten wie Nüsse zum Joghurt), nur von allem wenig. Was ich mir gewünscht hätte war in geringen Mengen da, Brot gab es keines, nur Brötchen, ist auch nicht so meins. Bestimmt hätte man auf Nachfrage nachgelegt, aber ich war da schon bedient und hatte keine Lust mehr auf Frühstück. Ich habe mich gefragt, warum nicht beim Check in darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass es aufgrund der Auslastung kein Buffet gibt, die Vorlieben beim Frühstück abgefragt hätte und ... vielleicht... bei einem leeren Hotel als Nettigkeit ein Upgrade angeboten hätte. Da hätte am Morgen auf jeden Fall erhebliche Lebensmittelverschwendung gespart. Insgesamt kann ich mir gut vorstellen, warum das eigentlich schöne Hotel mit freundlichem Personal an einem Mittwoch so gut wie leer ist.

Wij zijn al twee keer eerder in de hotel geweest en dat was ons zeer goed bevallen. Zowel het hotel met uitstekende kamers als het restaurant zijn een aanrader. In december weer gereserveerd. Omdat ik corona had vond ik het niet gepast om daar te overnachten wat ik wel had kunnen doen. Ik had ook gewoon in het restaurant kunnen gaan eten maar vond dit maar het personeel en andere gasten niet gepast. Netjes mij afgemeld. Net vernomen dat dit hotel niets doet ter compensatie. Mijn trip in september zal dit hotel in ieder geval geen onderdeel meer van onze reis zijn. Zeer teleurstellend

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal!

La lettre personnalisée pour vous souhaiter un agréable séjour, les bonbons et bouteilles d’eau à votre disposition sont autant de marques d’attention touchantes.
