Beautiful and freshly renovated hotel. Beautiful lobby with modern and bright furnishings. The guest room we have is well appointed and has our own patio. We enjoyed lunch from Shanghai Wok which is directly next door. Give it a try for quick take out! This is a great place to stay!

Leider gibt es erst ab 7:00 Uhr Frühstück. Daher habe ich ein Lunchpaket bestellt, das den Tag vorher in die Minibar gelegt wurde. Für den Preis von 17 Euro gab es zwei kleine trockene Brötchen mit einer Scheibe Wurst oder Käse (Ohne Salat, Butter etc.) und ein Stück Obst. Ich habe die Lunchbox nach drei Tagen abbestellt und mir für 4 Euro lieber ein saftiges, gut belegtes Brötchen beim Bäcker geholt. Bei Abreise hat man mir dann gesagt, dass das Frühstück trotzdem berechnet wird weil es gebucht wurde. Zum einen ers**al unverschämt 17 Euro für zwei trockene Brötchen zu verlangen und zum anderen hätte man das bei der Abbestellung mitteilen können. Sehr dreist!!!!

Le allee-hotel est situé à Karlsruhe à 5 minutes en tram du centre-ville et 20min du centre des congrès. C’est une localisation intéressante et extrêmement pratique pour une arrivée ou un départ en train mais également pour se rendre à un salon organisé au Messe. Autour de l’hôtel et accessible à pied, il y a de quoi faire en terme de restaurants, shopping ou sorties. L’hôtel en lui-même est assez grand et réparti sur plusieurs bâtiments mais tout semble récent et de très bonne facture. Côté restauration, la salle du petit déjeuner est sympa même si elle est petite et vous obligera à partager le repas avec d’autres clients de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est quant à lui très correct et appréciable. On regrette qu’il n’y ait pas de grille-pain néanmoins. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse et très design mais évitez le côté rue car le bruit des voitures et du tram peut être dérangeant. Le personnel n’est pas forcément sympathique ni à l’écoute mais je pense que cela est dû à la barrière de la langue (l’anglais n’est pas parlé par le personnel). En résumé, c’est un bon hôtel à privilégier pour un court séjour d’affaires sur Karlsruhe.
