We visited in last week of May 2024 with family. The location is not so good. Hotel is under renovation. No Hospitality at all. Staff is good and polite. Not usable amenities. Kids playing hall without AC, it is very hot summer and horrible to stay single minute. Water pool was used by the worker staying for renovation. No garden lawn developed. Surrounding not good. Price charges at more than 6000 per night in direct booking while online sale from other agency was around 3000 per night. Poor communication, Contacting customer care very difficult. I felt cheated in Karwar.

Very pleasant and clam place with outstanding hospitality the rooms are well maintained and the services are quick thanks to front desk team , Raksha and team , Tushar who is well aware of the places to explore. Thanks for their great efforts for making my stay comfortable .

One days stop on return from holiday visit to shimoga and udupi.resort river side rooms are very comfortable with modern basic amenities river side walk is also a new attraction. renovation work of main building once done other rooms too would be more traveller friendly

We went to this resort with kids, as we are with kids i was worried how to ***age them but this resort have lots of games and activities for kids and also good food. We had nice and relaxing time there. I would like to mention special thanks to Mr Prem Kumar who is the Restaurent Captain, he helped us a lot, suggested good places to visit and provided us with good food which my kids liked alot.I would say he is the captain of Sterling Karwar with so much patience and smile on his face.

1) Staffs are very well behaved compared to other Sterlings where we stayed. To name a few of the staffs (a) Activity Coordinator Mr.Tushar is very sincere. The way he coordinated our trips to Murudeshwar/ Gokarna/Goa is exemplary. We are very happy. He was responding always to our queries and facilitating us. (b) Ms Shubhada of front office was very courteous always (c) Housekeeping Raksha Kundan was also equally nice. 2) In this summer, flow of hot water through the taps of the attached toilet of the room was causing inconvenience. Also, there was a blockage in the drainage system in the toilet resulting in accumulation of water 3) Lift in the reception area for going to Dining Area for breakfast/ Dinner on the first floor was not functional. It was difficult for Senior Citizens like us to climb the stairs with the leg pain (4) Our accommodation was provided by Sterling, Karwar in a different place. Not in the building shown in the picture

Very Supportive staff and Front Desk, Excellent location , very Good food Clean and specious rooms .. The view from the room is fabulous. Although property is in renovations, the overall experience was wonderful coz of courteous staff and very good location with ***y places to have a roam around. overall excellent experience ..

We stayed here from 28.04.2024 to 01.05.2024. Very nice trea**ent from Mr. Prem Kumar in Restaurant. He worked out good package for us and given very nice food like chicken tandoori, butter chicken, harabhara kabab, chicken ***chow soup, sweet corn veg soup, veg ***chow soup, butter kulcha, crispy vegetable, icecream, juice etc., Very nice taste. Very nice trea**ent from Mr. Abdul and Mrs. Shubhada from front desk by giving nice rooms and room service. Planning to come again in December. Thank you 😊👌👍
