Le personnel a toujours l’air fatigué et les questions et demandes semblent être pour lui un fardeau très éprouvant. Si vous devez y séjourner, préférez prendre vos repas dans le parc appartenant à l’hôtel. Il suffit de traverser la route quand vous sortez du bâtiment où se trouvent les chambres. Vous y serez mieux que dans la salle de restaurant irrespirable par la chaleur surtout le matin. Veuillez à réveiller le personnel pour obtenir votre petit déjeuner. Malgré un accord avec le manager sur l’horaire de notre départ le lendemain matin, rien n’était prêt, ni personne levé…Ceci dit la chambre était propre mais la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas et il n’y avait pas de pression à la douche, ni d'eau chaude d’ailleurs. Pour aérer un peu la chambre, il a fallu déplacer le lit pour pouvoir accéder à un petit balcon. Nous avons annulé la seconde nuit prévue dans cet établissement bruyant et très chaud. Seul intérêt : le marché nocturne de Kasese qui vaut le détour.
