Sunset Kendwa Beach Hotel

Było bardzo źle. Kołdra była za cienka. Do uszycia kołdry wykorzystaliśmy tylko jedno prześcieradło. Było zimno, gdy klimatyzacja była włączona, a gorąco, gdy nie była włączona. Rezerwowałem na 5 dni na raz i nie mogłem otrzymać zwrotu pieniędzy. Później skontaktowałem się z obsługą klienta Ctrip i zwrot pieniędzy był tylko na jeden dzień. Do tego cena jest bardzo wysoka, a lokalizacja bardzo odległa. Pojechałam tam sama i przyjechałam w nocy. Bardzo się przestraszyłam i chciało mi się płakać.

Having had a disastrous experience at Natural Kendwa hotel, we came here which was wonderful - right on the best part of the beach, lovely staff, simple rooms but perfectly located. Great set up with sun loungers on the beach and nice restaurant for watching the sunset.

First impressions are that the hotel is good value. A beautiful location on a lovely beach and fantastic sea for swimming and a nice big pool. Rooms are a decent size, bathroom a bit small. Aircon works but we had no hot water during our stay. Rooms are a bit bland and tired. WiFi was terrible- it keeps cutting out and you keep having to re- log in. Very slow. Staff are nonchalant and surly. Service is slow, no one speaks good English and not a manager in sight. Sun beds are bagged at 7am and there are not enough to go around. The resort is open to non residents so anyone can take a sunbed if they pay. Restaurant is ok but there are better places along the beach( south) Essence and Furaha were good with charming service. It is a very busy part of the beach, very noisy with boats and jet skis and the volume of people. Beach vendors harass you as soon as you step onto the beach and an irritating bunch of ‘acrobats tried to ‘entertain’ us about 10 times a day and then ask for money. I would not go back.

good: location; we had stayed in the 2nd bungalow from the beach, we could see the water from our balcony, and i think the best beach in Kendwa good food, the masaii steak, chicken and prawn curry was really delicious. nice lounge areas, big swimmingpool with seaview big garden with bautiful palmtrees. clean room, with an upgraded bathroom and big,comfy beds polite staff but not extremly kind. (a big resort) good breakfast, but almost the same every day. The juices were fresh, tasty local spice tea, continental breakfast. two bottles of water every day small shops nearby beach towels could be better: poorly furbished room. The room was so big we could dance in it, but with very simple and not practical furnitures. A sofa, where we had to have all our clothes and stuff, no wardrobe or a shelf, but there is place for it... ok and clean bath, but nothing to put our toiletries on nothing to put the wet swimmingsuits on outside no reading lamps and a bit noisy, old AC POOR or NO INTERNET, com on, it is 2024, in Kiwengwa we had good internet, so it is not Zanzibars fault. You have to reserve the sunbeds early

is beautiful place I like to go to relax every time when I get chance staff they very friendly the foods and drinks so nice the view is awesome sunset is amazing watching from this place special thanks to Frank who work in bar Mr. cocktail and smooth thank you kakuna matata

One star because null is not an option. The place itself is very beautiful, but they have extremely unkind/rude staff - worst experience ever. Although the waiting time is more than you can expect, u need to wait with ages for the change as well. In case u are sitting in the bar, u need to go in the restaurant in case u want to drink coffee. The breakfast is very poor. If you are not eating eggs this is not the best option for you. There was lack of fruit, juice sometimes even a water. There is mold in the toilet, only one towel per person (no additional towel for face/hands). Beach towels had lots of stains on them. In case u meet some friend at the beach they want some deposit although he/she is not using any sunbed.
