Insensitive and unhuman go-stop team. I booked the say for 10 for stay between30may to 2nd june, on 21st may one of our friend (amont10) lost his mother. Mother who is lifeline of the family and that person was shocked and depressed, so we decided to cancel our vacation for the schedule. When we tried contacting go-stop kasol, first of all there is no direct number or long waiting time on their call-centre number. So, there was only one way to write to their gorp mailbox, we explain the whole scenario we were also planning to move the stay for aug. But they denied refunding or move the stay, in the peak season. They looted 20 thousand rupees and gave our bed to other passenger (from my org) on our booked days at higher cost. Also, there was no parking, non-welcoming staff and though they claim pet friendly, but not allowing pets in park and terrace
