Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sauber und die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht, wir haben dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen, dort gab es aber einen kaputten Duschhahn und das Bad war nicht richtig sauber. Für den Preis haben wir schon etwas mehr erwartet.

But service in the morning before leaving was outstanding. The kindest guy at the reception gave us coffee and croissants to go - for free.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to Wilhelmshöhe station (the main arrival point for long-distance trains). Note that the hotel is much nearer to the secondary exit from the station platforms accessed by using the lift than by going up the ramp to exit via the main station building. We thought the hotel and breakfast satisfactory, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. As busy times we had to wait some time for the lift (elevator), but this was probably because one of the two lifts was being replaced.

the ONLY good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the train station, literally just a 5-min walk. but that's all. the hotel room lacks air con, which made it a bit stuffy. there was no water kettle nor drinking water provided. the linen used were quite old, as you can feel and see the holes on the bed sheet and pillow covers. at the price of EUR 100 a night? definitely not worth the price. i would at most pay EUR 50. for sure I won't be back.

Stylish hotel with great staff and lovely lobby/bar area. Good size, spotlessly clean room.
Underground parking convenient and secure.
Great breakfast enjoyed on the sunny terrace.

In addition to the lack of AC (not surprising outside of major cities in Germany but still dismaying and disappointing on one of the hottest days of the year) I was greeted by dirty carpets and a cockroach on the bed upon arrival.
