こちらのサイトでは朝食付きだと書かれていたのですが実際はそうではありませんでした。タメル地区の繁華街にあるので買い物や食事に出かけるのにはとても便利です。またチトワンやポカラへ行く長距離バス乗り場までは歩いて10分足らずでなので、その予定のある方にお勧めです。ただ、部屋に寄るとは思うのですが夜の間もとても賑やかで喧騒の中にあります。静けさを好む方には辛いかも知れません。部屋は清潔でスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。

I keep coming back to this place. This was now my 7th time at the Bag Packers. Krishna and his wife are so helpful and kind and make you feel like being home! Thank you so much Krishna for the memorable trip to Swayambhu on your motor bike and a huge thank you to your wife for taking us to shopping and getting dressed for the wedding. From a general note: you can get simple and cheap rooms as well as premium rooms if you wish to get a bit more 'luxury'. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel which is quite convenient. And the Masala Tea on the rooftop café is one of the best!

I travel extremely often, and I am fortunate enough to stay at numerous very high end locations. As a result, I’ve become a tough grader. For my trip to Kathmandu, however, I needed a much more modest location, and Bag Packers came highly recommended by trusted globetrotting friends. I must say that Bag Packers exceded my expectations in every way … First, they are very centrally located in a walkable, engaging area with so many great options for food and shopping. But much more importantly, this accommodation is super clean and staffed with hard working, warm, very helpful staff. The rooms, common areas, linens, and roof top cafe are uniformly clean, and the cafe breakfast, especially the spinach omelette, is SO good. I was so happy to have efficient heat and hot water every day, while the front desk staff, including the manager/owner, would unfailingly go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. I think you get value at Bag Packers FAR beyond what you pay, and I would recommend it without reservation.

Great hospitality ....... Great food especially juicy momos..... location, room, & service altogether is AAA.. I recommend this hotel to whoever traveling to kathmandu....... keep it up..... Thank you Krishna dai and the Team........

Hospitality was amazing. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Food was authentic and homely. Cleanliness is 10/10 and Location is 10/10. Overall, my experience was great. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling solo or with friends and family.

This was my 2nd stay at Bag Packers. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms clean, laundry service available, good location, good food from their cafe, and good value! Their rooftop terrace is an oasis with mountain views. I will return!

The location is absolutely amazing its just 2 minutes walking distance from main road , 10 minutes walking distance from KTM Durbar Square. have a very nice rooftop garden restaurant. Rooms are very clean , 24X7 hot water, flawless Wifi, free drinking water. All the members and staffs are very cooperative.

Backpackers Lodge is a beautiful place. It has a very nice Roof Top , with Restaurant. I will come back soon again. Thank you Krishna, for the very nice time. Me and my Girl Maya and Laxmi had a very relaxed time in Nepal.
