Ramada keeps it's name and value, it can be seen in this hotel. The staff are friendly and caring. Though it was only a short stay but the room was good enough. The beds are comfortable and has basic amenities. The balcony has good space. It's quite and peaceful from outside. A good sleep and a good stay. Happy with the service.

Good location, nice staff, good beds, diverse breakfast with child friendly and Chinese friendly foods. Did not allow outside food to be eaten in room. Ants invaded any food or drinks consumed in the room when hotel room service delivered.

Hotel is literally in the tamel area, close to restaurants, shops, tourist spots like garden of dreams, museum & ******s (for foreigners only) hotel room was clean and came with basic toiletries, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful, would recommend

位置在泰米爾區步行街的邊上，離步行街近，又很安靜，衹是門口有點破舊，入住的歐美客人不少，早餐印式西式結合，有個室外用餐區可以吸煙，前台有點小不夠大氣，酒店是掛牌四星，酒店的服務人員態度都非常好，前台英文交流無障礙。

Duty Manager Nikhil was very efficient. Ms. Pramila Khatri at the Pateo restaurant was very friendly, courteous and provided excellent service. The hotel is well provided and has good facilities. Highly recommended for families. Thank you.

My recent visit left much to be desired. The food quality was below par, lacking flavor and freshness. Service was abysmally slow, with an unacceptably long wait between ordering and receiving meals. Additionally, the state of the bathrooms did not meet basic standards of cleanliness. On a more positive note, the rooms were adequate, offering a decent level of comfort. The staff, while not exceptional, were passable in their service. Overall, my experience was marred by subpar dining and service, though the accommodation provided some semblance of comfort.
