Second visit and will be returning. Run by mother and son and they are truly lovely people. Nothing too much for them. Very clean rooms. Never busy around pool so sunbeds always available. Just a lovely lovely place, warm and welcoming. Bar is open all day and there is a weekly bbq

This hidden gem is nestled between Kato Gouves and Gouves village, surrounded by olive trees and nature with spectacular views across all of Gouves. A family run, traditional Greek accommodation, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a fantastic trip away from it all. It is quiet, relaxed, with excellent food and drinks served up with typical Greek smiles and with love by Nikos and Kleanthi herself. A quick hop in a taxi will take you to the shops or the beach, but relaxing at the pool is a must! I highly recommend this location and accommodation. Until next year my friends!

My partner and I have just returned from our second time staying at the Kleanthi apartments and once again it exceeded our expectations. These apartments are an absolute hidden gem in Gouves. The apartments themselves are lovely, you can tell there has been a lot of thought put into the bright and fresh decoration in the rooms. They are clean and spacious with plenty of storage space for your luggage, the room has a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, fresh towels which are changed regularly, comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to sit and have a few drinks in the evening as the sun goes down. In the kitchen area there is a good sized fridge, kettle, toaster and a plug in hob, all pots and utensils are provided in the cupboards. The toilet area has a toilet and shower, sink and mirror. As for our wonderful hosts Kleanthi and her son Nikos, well what can I say, nothing is ever too much for them, they are extremely helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you are having a great stay. The pool area is well kept with plenty of available sunbeds around the pool at most times of the day. The loungers themselves are so comfortable and are unlike the plastic ones you see at other resorts. The pool is a great size with a shallow and deep end for those who just wish to dip their toes on a hot day. The bar area has a great selection of spirits, beers, ciders and offer range of hot drinks , soft drinks and cocktails ( The Kleanthi special being my favourite). There is delicious food served daily, which is cooked by Kleanthi herself, we never had a bad meal whilst we were there, the food is absolutely delicious and the pricing is great. I would recommend if you are going to be staying here that you attend the famous bbq that Nikos hosts once a week usually, as you don't want to miss it. It is such a fun night, where you can get to know the hosts and other guests in the hotel by enjoying the delicious food that Nikos makes on the grill, accompaniments such as lemon potatoes and greek salads on the table and of course the Raki shots that are passed around. The location of the apartments are about a 10 minute walk away from other shops, bars and restaurants in the local area. There is also a local supermarket about 5 minutes away from the apartment. There is lots to see and do in Gouves, its always fun to go on walks and discover these yourself, however on this visit we took a stroll along the seafront to the aquarium which was a lovely day out, of course stopping on the way to sample some cocktails and food along the way. If you wish to venture further there are always local taxi companies that can collect you from the hotel or there is the option to hire a car to travel further afield. I really would recommend booking your next stay at the Kleanthi apartments as you will honestly have the best time. We are already planning our trip back next year.

Just back from Kleantia apartments. Nikos and Kleantia are the best hosts ever. This was my forth visit and it's gets better every time. Lovely clean apartments, excellent hospitality and amazing bbq night. I absolutely love this place. A little gem. I willbe back.

Really enjoyable stay. Breakfast was lovely with Kleanthi' homemade jam (even brought a gift of some home) Previous reviews are accurate. You can lounge around the pool and relax without the sunbed wars, or venture into town in 15 mins or so. On leaving, we were able to keep a room b4 a late flight home. They went 'above and beyond' to accomodate us. Hope to return in the future.

Well what more can I say we stayed here in August and it was fantastic our apartment had a sea view which was stunning the pool was clean and plenty of sunbeds the poolside bar was great and the food that Mama makes is great also you must attend the BBQ nights which are every Saturday and there fantastic plenty food to go around with a few sore heads on the Sunday Mama and Nikos can't do enough for you they are fantastic hosts we met some great people here and especially at the BBQ with regulars who return year on year which says it all really don't miss out on this folks you really must come here thank you once again to mama and Nikos fantastic time William and Carole

Reading the fabulous reviews about the Kleanthi apartments, we decided to take a last minute 4 day break and the reviews certainly didn't disappoint.Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Nikos and his Mother who made you so welcome and relaxed.The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean,with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool area,offered a relaxing change from the beach,very clean,warm and situated right next to the bar. Bbq night offered all guests the opportunity to meet each other , relax and enjoy an amazing selection of meats and salads,whilst sampling some Greek beverages.Due to Air traffic control issues in UK our return flight was cancelled and rescheduled,this didn't effect the enjoyment of our holiday as Nikos was so helpful in offering us another night's stay and transfer to the airport.We had a fabulous holiday and would return andhighly recommend the Kleanthi apartments .Thank you. Just got home from Kleanthi apartments and wanted to share our experience. Firstly Nikos and Kleanthi are the most amazing hosts. Location was perfect, beds comfortable, food fantastic pool lovely really was a lovely two weeks. BBQ night was our first night and it was fantastic, food, company etc was the best. This a family run business and it shows with there attention to us was perfect. We were very sad too leave but will definitely be returning.

My friend and I had a fantastic relaxing week staying at Kleanthi Apartments. It is family run and the wondrous Kleanthi (mum) prepares beautiful food, always has a friendly smile and was just a pleasure to be around. Nicos (son) is a great host. He's very friendly and keen to do his utmost to ensure you have a great holiday. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds, the bar & cafe were superb and reasonably priced and the weekly bbq was exceptional value for money and great entertainment- good to get to know fellow guests. Apartments are spacious, pristine and well facilitated. The lady cleaner was also a star with swans, clam shells and even an elephant towel display on the beds. Fab 👌 Definitely one to return to. X
