Plantation Hale Suites

Location is great and the property is extremely clean and quiet. Our room was very outdated ( early 80's for furniture, carpet, bathroom) but clean and everything worked. It was spacious but bare minimum in kitchen for supplies, the coffee pot is super tiny. My only complaint is you can't extend your stay for late check out or additional day, that really impacts people on hikes and etc. We had to pack our stuff out (530am) and couldn't do late check out to come back to pack and shower. The young desk clerks stated policy for late check out was call morning of after 9am. That's ridiculous because most tourist are traveling across island exploring early. We asked at 815pm night before and staff couldn't give us late check out for next day, that's a deal breaker for us coming back to this property and was absolutely not willing to check or call management, for this reason I would avoid property if you have early tours or adventures. No one wants to pack out 5am without opportunity for late check out.

Card didn't work halfway through the stay. Room had locked doors. Very odd.

地方比較偏僻，在聖誕節期間價格出奇的貴大約將近350美元/夜，由於計劃晚了其他酒店都被別人定了衹能在此地將就着，但是服務極差。攜程給我們的訂單説下午3點可入住，去了那裡被告知是4:00，而且是你們旅行社出的錯，到外面轉了一圈4:15回去了還是沒有房間，也不説何時才能弄好，那個前台有3-4個人在服務但説是後面打掃的人不夠，我們問為什麼不派前台的去支援？不回答，然後叫出一個經理來抵擋。那個人不但不賠禮道歉，居然説你不滿意可以免費取消訂單我們不罰款。居然在今天會有這樣蠻橫的人在做客服經理？我們後來看到其他的客户也有來回跑了幾次還沒拿到房的，有的下午2:00就到了。所以我們幾個聯合了起來説要投訴這個經理，他們才怕了，非常快就變出了幾間房來安撫。所以這家酒店的管理一定是有大問題， 其他的設施什麼的都還好，就是服務趕上了這麼差勁的一個團隊。

Our room was just as I hoped! Everything that it said it would be. It was PERFECT! I was skeptical before I got there due to reading bad reviews. People expect the rooms to be like the expensive resorts around the island.Well the reason I chose The Plantation Hale Suites is because it fit my budget! I was so pleased with our week long stay that I want to spread the word!! The front desk was available and friendly. If we needed anything they would direct us. It is conveniently located to everything. Yes it is near the road but so is everything else. It is a nice place to stay. Older but nice. Pools ,hot tub and laundry rooms. It is your own large one bedroom apartment. Everthing you need inside. Bbq outdoors and picnic tables too.Furniture is retro Hawaiian. I would definitely recommend this place. It is Kauai style!

Perfect location if you don’t mind driving around the island(north shore/south side) There’s shopping center near by that you can walk to, 7min drive to Lydgate beach which is perfect for kids, and 2 nearby restaurants you can walk to for dinner. I believe there’s a pool each complex. Correct me if I’m wrong lol I would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a weird smell, and was very old and rundown. Lots of weird "fixes" like wood contact paper that was peeling off cabinet shelves. Last, but not least, there was a dribble of water out of the hot spigots,.. and no hot water.

Center between north and south sides of island. More cost effective than most places . Have stayed here before, this time was for 11 nights. Didn't arrive till 11:45pm, late delayed flight. Night watchman did good job of getting us registered and to our unit. Getting dated and worn in our unit. Everything worked though. The ABC store across the street has a great deli, lots of options for the meals not fixed in the condo. Safeway, Costco, Walmart all within minutes.

Location was great. The front desk receptionist was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. House keeping pour, rooms were incomplete, no TP, no paper towels for the kitchen, incomplete.

Nice property, a little older but overall a good value. AC unit was just enough to keep room cool.
