Friendly owner. However, this was the end of season (mid October) - and hotel was deserted, bar closed, uninviting. We had the place to ourselves but we were given a very ‘standard’ room which was dark and cold. Balcony was the walkway to the rooms, no privacy. Sideways view of the sea. Only real window was the entrance door, so close that and the room was plunged into darkness. And so cold!
We left after 1 night. Friendly owner though, kindly agreed to give us a refund for 3 of the remaining 4 nights.

Absolutely wonderful stay with spiros and costantinos. The brothers were so welcoming and hospitable. The place is right on the sea front, clear beautiful waters. Just a great experience. Close walk to all bars and restaurants. Green bus stop is just down the road, 2 minute walk. Efcharisto ❤️ Tom and Sarah

I really loved this seafront apartment run by a very loving family oriented business. Whi will go out their way to make sure you have a marvellous time. I admire the area, which is so relaxing, With very shallow water. Making it good to have a stroll. Will definitely come back soon

Located to the north of the main Kavos strip in a nice quiet location. The apartments have direct access to the sea via a small jetty and the water is only knee high for quite a way out so safe for swimming/paddling. We stayed in the two bed apartment with a wonderful sea view from both rooms. The shower room wasn't big but adequate and there is a kitchenette area although it didn't have many utensils, cooking pans etc. The owner and cleaning lady were both very welcoming and the apartment was spotless. There appeared to be a lot of people staying there who go year after year which says a lot. It's just a shame that Kavos itself has seen better days!

It is excellent situated not far from the city centre (about 5 minutes walk).The apartment area is very nice, there are several supermarkets, restarurants, bars and discos nearby. The room was nice and clean, it also had air conditioning. The host was very friendly and speaks great english. We could reserve boat trips by him. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Seafront Apartments in Kavos and had an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront with stunning sea views that make every moment special. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The family (two brothers) is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities are great, including free Wi-Fi, balconies, and kitchen facilities that make the stay convenient and enjoyable. The bar overlooking the Ionian Sea is a delightful spot to relax with family and friends. Overall, Seafront Apartments offers value for money, combining a prime location with Greek easy going service and facilities. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful stay in Kavos!

Me and my family love it here, I've been coming for 28 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My kids now love coming it's our home from home. The owners are so welcoming and lovely. They can't do enough for us all. The rooms are beautiful and beds are so comfortable. We love wakening up on the beach everyday. Perfect family location and food is always at its best. Definitely our forever favourite destination.

Very nice and friendly staff! You want something private this is the best place! Private beach Close to supermarkets, clubs, restaurants, watersports Clean rooms, with kitchen and basicaly all u need to eat in also, aircondition, sea view.

The accommodation is really comfortable and nice, there is a big yard with sunbeds, tables and benches, and there is a bar (coffee, tea, juices, beer, ice cream…) The room was comfy and clean, and we had everything we needed - extra blankets, fridge, dishes, towels. The owners were the cutest people ever. There is an office in the accommodation and somebody is always there. You can also buy sunscreen, shampoo etc. from there. They were there for everything we needed and they were really polite and chatty with us. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are planning to stay in Kavos🥰 We were there for only 2 nights unfortunately, but we definitely plan to come back to this beautiful place! ❤️
