Stayed for 10 nights 20/07/22 - 30/07/22. We had informed the apartments 2 weeks prior, the time of our arrival and received no reply. We further contacted the apartments at the airport on arrival concerning the time of transfer arrival and told that there would be no one there for check in. On arrival our key was left in the door which we had to find due to the manager going home in advance. Next morning at check in we were then informed by the receptionist that 3 days into our stay we were to be transferred with no choice to their annex apartments (which were up to 1.5km away). When we questioned the receptionist as to why? We were given multiple reasons, none which were excusable! (Found out that this is a re-occuring situation for guests at this apartment). We knew we had paid for this apartment block with includes the bar, pool and short distance from the *****. We stood our ground but we were belittled and coerced into leaving (possibly due to being a young couple of 21 y/o). Finally got to stay, after a whole day having to contact LoveHolidays and getting parents involved. On check out we were then further informed that we were to be charged €20 for damages ( sunscreen stain on towel)! Furthermore, Throughout our 10 day stay, our towels, bins and bedding was changed once🤢 (no wonder there would be a stain)!! The apartments are a scam and are profit orientated, not worth any of your money. Avoid, as getting to know many genuine PR's/ Reps in Kavos there seems to be many apartments/studios which put their guests before profit.
