We greatly enjoyed the clean and beautiful rooms. This was our second visit and we used two rooms.

後悔，下次不會再住了，4點入住，10點退房。大冬天的，提前一點到了大門都進不去，在外面吹風凍了一兩個小時，無處可去。住酒店還有個大堂可以避避風寒。

Such a beautiful place! I wish we booked a longer stay so we had more time to explore the property and the area. This place will be on the top of our list when we are looking for hotels in KC!

Great location for area Museums, T-Mobile Center, and Power & Light District. Was very quiet house compared to hotels as we heard no other guests. Bed in Volker Room was comfortable.

Pictures was missing off the walls in our room… the room itself was clean but the tv was slow when changing channels.

It is a beautiful property, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Check-in was a breeze! I would recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Was there celebrating 3rd Anniversary the room was ok other than the tv kept going off and on and the shower head was oddly positioned and we add to stand on the side of the shower to bathe. And the heat made this loud noise when it blew. There was no comfortable seating in room. The only chair we had was an old chair that felt like it was gonna break down every time we sat in it. The bed was comfortable.

Very nice clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed great location and hot shower in a hip modernized stately old home that retained its luster.
