Nice place to stay, beautiful lake view. Would be better if the oven inthe room is clean.

Friendly staff at the reception, comfortable bed, but a bit of a rundown hotel, definitely doesn’t look like a DoubleTree.

Decent accommodation but not spectacular. Ok for the price we paid,but I wouldn’t pay full price to stay here. Lighting is pretty dim especially around the corridor/ reception area. Building feels old. Staff is friendly however .
Limited off street parking, paid parking is $16/ night
A 20 mins drive away from queenstown or by water taxi ( $10 per person one way with beecard)

Packing was an issue as they only accept certain cards and no cash. Also they didn’t clean the room everyday.

Rooms didn’t get cleaned daily. Some staff and the manger was so rude. Wouldn’t go back there again. I didn’t even receive my deposit back a month after I stayed there.

Room was nice, bathroom clean and bed was really comfortable. Was disappointed to discover hidden costs - we had to pay an extra $20 each time we wanted to use the swimming pool and parking was an extra $16 per day.
