Spacious clean room with super comfartable bed (windows at my room was not working properly). Good professional staff at reception and restaurant. Great location at the heart of city. Suz restaurant at hotel roof is a really high priced one with unpleasent meals. Customers are not stupid if you are charging above the european avarage you have to serve something special. I did not like portions and tastes... therefore hotel is good except ”exclusive tourist trap Sûz restaurant”

Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset.
The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer.
Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.

They really have very self-catering and kind employees. The hotel is primarily clean. The price will make it very happy as a performance. Breakfast is very good. When we did not find any place to be locked on the day the trails were closed, we were offered tea and cookies while talking on the terrace. Look, there is no one in the hotels doing the job that is not the duty of it. But this is like a family. I would give another example to my wife and I had asked for a room change on the day we went to the shop because we hadn't gone a double bed. When we were out, they changed the room and put a smallest waste in the same place. It is a strong advice. A very kind and working team:))

Novotel is located very close to the cayesian airport and can be counted in the centre of the city. The staff are ridiculous and well-doing. The hotel's director is interested in guests. The rooms were created in a very clean and health-compliant environment. The customer profile was usually made up of very proper guests. The food was very varied and very delicious.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated.
The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside.
The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

Outstanding
Absolutely splendid boutique hotel. Each room is individually decorated, extremely attractively. The building itself is historic, previously belonging to an Armenian doctor. The restaurant is also excellent, we went elsewhere one night for a change of scenery but wished we hadn’t. The breakfast is also plentiful, with the traditional cheese, honey olives etc but also with pastries and also chips (for breakfast?! a guilty pleasure which we embraced most enthusiastically). The staff were lovely and this is the sort of hotel I would come back to even if I had no reason to re-visit Kayseri, just for the hotel. Highly recommended.

NnilgunuzunThe room is a really great hotel for cleaning. We stayed in the centre for ski holidays one night and we had no vehicle. They helped to set up the shuttle (service) for Erciye and even they gave us a private space. Guler has great staff with a face. We were in a position to tell food from the outside because we thought the kitchen was closed because we thought our hotel was closed. They never made any problem. They let us leave your items in the lobby because we were going to ski at the day we had to do Cikis and then they gave us room to change our user. The day ski center we made Cikis was 6:00 when we froze to the hotel and the bus we were going to return with stay was 10:00. We spent time at the hotel and they made cake service. We were very happy even if we were only staying one night. I'll be going to stay in a hotel in the centre of the cacheries again. We thank you very much again for your interest and help.

MMinosettI suggest to those who want to ski in Erciyes; don't give hotels in the mountains for nothing. You can stay in the Imamoğlu pasha hotel or a two beautiful city hotels and go to the mountain on the day with the possibility of transportation that hotels will provide. I can recommend this hotel with my three-hour comfort, rooms are wide and new, staff and service very good.

GGuest UserNüzhet Otel'de 2024 Şubat ayında Erciyes Kayak Tatili için Kayseri'ye gittiğimizde 3 gece ailece kaldık. Hem dağa çıkmak için yakın hem de şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesindeydi. Odamız temiz ve ferah, kahvaltı ***et özenli, lezzetli ve bol çeşitliydi. Ama her şeyden önemlisi çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi. Özellikle karşılama, resepsiyon çalışanları için teşekkür ederiz.

İt looks like they are understaffed but it didn't affect me. There is a parking space in front of the hotel for 4 or 5 cars. I couldn't find a place in front of the hotel but I found one just next to the hotel because I came at night but if you come to the hotel in the morning hours I think that you will not find a place to park in front of the hotel but worst case scenario you will find a place to park at the back of the hotel. The place was crowded so it was the choice of many people so as I said that it is not a fancy hotel but it's according to its price it is very good. I didn't use the hotel Wi-Fi so I don't have an idea if it is good or not. I highly recommend this hotel.
