I posred review about southern but the ***agement deleted, this is about ***agement totally worsted ***agement ever not paying salary, certificates,food,ot etc... 15hrs dty hrs both GM better wear a saari that's more suitable. Thanks.

Rooms are good with comfortable beds and clean linen. Well lit rooms have all the basic facilities with proper support from housekeeping. Restaurant has a lovely ambience. Good food backed by courteous staff to ensure you are satisfied with the food and services.

Only good thing about this Hotel is it's phonic conversation It's just near the bus station. Even if a single person cancels his/her booking after reading my review, Then writing this review will be a success. Cons : 1. Staff at the restaurant is rude and arrogant.They lack welcoming behavior. 2.If you have a 3 year old kid, They will ask for Kid's Identity proof too, we reach morning I got room after 2 hrs. One *** with glass I don’t know the name he holds us for 2hrs no reason. 3. Even if rooms are cleaned, they will not allow you to check in until the check in time is ticked. 4. This peoperty needs redevlopment, TV remote was not working, Pipes in the bathroom were faulty. It looks like these people don't care about the maintenance. 5. I booked through phone I spoke with satheesh, he said when you reach the hotel at any time we will provide room with in 5 minutes, I book the hotel because of the Phonic conversation, he so polite, he change my mind to book a southern Residency, But ????? Thank you Satheesh I would say don't book this property, you will regret for sure.

I met ***y friendly staff members whom helped me a lot passionately. Food was just amazing. It will be so good a choice if you visit anytime during the year. You can also find very vivid local village which has a huge church. I really enjoyed Chris**as there.
