3 times a new key card was required to enter the room, finally sent a man up with his lap top to reconfigure.
One staff member English was terrible she couldn’t understand.

Super dinner at the Gulfstream and then a nice sleep in comfy bed. A great end to a fabulous day in Kelowna.

All is great except a warning for those with luggage/ski bags. Airport shuttle drop off and pick up point is 125 yards/meters from the airport and youre better off taking a cab if its winter and you have ski bags. Ridiculous, as other shuttles are dropping and picking up right out front. Should not advertise airport shuttle as you might as well just walk to the hotel that is how far it is.

Really convenient location especially if you are travelling by air. Great Park and Fly option. Quiet, comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant/bar is amazing. Have stayed before, will stay again!!

Quiet very clean room and convenient for airport, but specifically wanted to use hot tub and it was not operating the next morning after the night of my stay which was a disapointment.
