Doskonała lokalizacja! Woda na plaży jest najlepsza, taka niebieska! Obsługa pokoju jest niesamowita. Ponownie dokonam rezerwacji.

Самый лучший вид с 5 этажа на парк и море. По вечерам устраивают небольшие кулинарные шоу во время ужина. Возле бассейна самые вкусные кальяны, какие я пробовал.

Bylismy w tym hotelu w koncu czerwca 2022 r. Pomimo pieknego wybrzeza z przezroczysta woda i naprawde swietne animacji (co z pewnoscia mozna oceniac na piec), urlop byl zepsuty. Wszedzie brud (w pokojach tylko wynosza smiecia i zmieniaja reczniki, i to, nie zawsze), w restauracji (wlasciwie z przesmazonym aromatem, jaki tam panuje, jest wiecej podobna do stolowki) przy nalewaniu herbaty trudno znalezc czysty kubek. Jedzenie niezle, lecz co dzien to samo. Kawa tylko turecka lub rozpuszczlna, tzn. o smaku 3w1. Oddzielna uwage zwracam turystom, ktorzy nie toleruja zbytniej goracosci - w calym hotelu, procz pokoju, nie jest wlaczana klimatyzacja, tylko sa otwierane okna. Totez wszedzie lataja muchy, takze i nad jedzeniem. W dzien przyjazdu wraz z innymi goscmi, ktorzy przybyli pozniej czy wczesniej, musielismy czekac zakwaterowania od 10 rana do 15 godz. w super goracym lobby, poniewaz wszyscy otrzymuja pokoje najwczesniej od 14 godz. Hotel raczej nie dla europejskich i bezpretenzyjnych gosci, ktorym wogole nie zalezy na higienie.

The worst hotel we ever been. Travelled with my wife and our 1-year old son. The room was prepaid but hotel staff refused to let me in saying that my name is not in the reservation. So even though I am a father of the child they didn't let me in. Our trip started with an extortion where hotel receptionst and later the manager kept asking for £100 cash per day to check me in. So our trip cost us extra £300. The food is not fresh (especially meat). Don't even try the hotel alcohol, you are at risk of loosing your sight. The receptionist staff was very rude in general, Very few members of staff speak English or Russian. Airconditioning works only in the rooms. It was a nightmare. The worst hotel, very rude and corrupt staff.

I visited Rox Royal in September 2023, and absolutely loved it! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, amazing water park, the hotel has its own nightclub and the location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minute walk to the center and 3 minute walk to all the best nightclubs, the rooms were very nice and comfortable, will definitely come back!

My family and i stayed there September 2023 and we got food poisoning! Not only us, other +30 person got sick that day and morelikely to even more! The Turkish Health Committee came and took some test from us and from food. What a great holiday! We felt 4 days very sick and the hotel management knew about it but they have never checked us or any apology has given to us! Total disaster. Moreover! I found a little lizzard on my room as well! Imagine this place. Furthermore.. the inside of the minibar was hotter than the outside.. We told the staff there and they didnt care as well.. Imagine this place.. Do not stay in this hotel. Or stay and get sick. Your choice.
