Viking Express Hotel

Przyjechaliśmy do tego hotelu na 2 dni, aby świętować moje urodziny z moim chłopakiem. W przeddzień wyjazdu wieczorem uprzedziliśmy dziewczynę w recepcji, że możemy wyjechać o 14:00, jeśli uda nam się zrobić późne wymeldowanie. Dziewczyna powiedziała, że nie powinno być problemów z późnym wymeldowaniem. Rano w dniu wyjazdu zadzwonili do nas o 12:00 i kazali opuścić pokój, ponieważ wyjeżdżaliśmy wcześniej niż o 14:00, powiedziałem, że za 15 minut wyjdziemy z pokoju, ale dziewczyna w recepcji powiedziała niegrzecznym tonem, że nie mamy 15 minut i musimy natychmiast opuścić pokój. Po 15 minutach byliśmy już w recepcji i mój chłopak zapytał, dlaczego tak niegrzecznie komunikujesz się z klientami pracując w turystyce (sam pracuję w hotelu i wiem, że nie wolno komunikować się z gośćmi w takim tonie). Dziewczyna zaczęła bekać i mówić, że rzekomo jej nie powiedzieliśmy, czy możemy wyjść z pokoju za 15 minut… powinniśmy byli powiedzieć proszę! ??? Absolutnie nie jest to hotel zorientowany na klienta i chamskie podejście do gości! Nigdy nikomu nie polecę tego hotelu, poza wszystkimi ościeżami w pokoju z niedziałającym prysznicem i klimatyzacją, chamskie podejście do gości jest nie do przyjęcia ze strony personelu!

ja i siostra odwiedzamy razem. jesteśmy tu od wielu lat i nadal nas bardzo cieszą. nie ma co narzekać, po prostu mogę powiedzieć, że kocham ten hotel, bardzo dziękuję wszystkim, do zobaczenia we wrześniu, Rosja

I was with 2 children, the room is very comfortable and large. The food is varied and tasty. The territory is small, there is a children's pool and an adult pool, a playground. Walk to the sea about 20 minutes, but you can take a bus. We liked everything, we want more.

A good ,quiet 3 star hotel( 70 rooms). Stayed in Room 1203. Good,clean room with lounge,bedroom ,shower room & kitchenette( Fridge,Microwave,Twin hotplate,Kettle). Sliding doors from lounge & bedroom onto wide balcony with table & chairs. Staff are friendly and helpful with limited English. Spa is very good & relaxing.( 30 euros inc. Massage) Bar offers wines,a range of spirits & mixers and a draft beer ( served in glasses in the evening).Happy hour for cocktails ( 2 for7 euros). Food is standard 3 star, a bit repetative but you can always find something to eat. Soups,Grilled fish & Sunday evening Kebabs were very good. Pool is clean with children's area. Only 20 sunbeds which can fill up quickly but plenty of tables to sit at. WiFi available FOC in the lobby, 3 euros per day per device for Hotel-wide connection.TIP - The first 2 rows of tables poolside of the Lobby can connect to the free wifi. Shuttle bus ( 4 times a day) to a pebble beach. All inclusive does NOT apply to the beach bars. Kemer shops ,bars & restaurants are a 10 minute walk away, out of the hotel & turn left. Clients were Russian,Polish with smaller groups of British,Dutch,Swedish & Norwegian. Overall, no complaints & good value for money.

Arrived very late, was greeted by a lovely staff member that spoke very well English. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable with good air conditioning which is needed. Cleaners came daily to change bedding and towels. Only downfall Is small food choice, we ate out every meal despite been all inclusive. Cocktails are also not included in the all inclusive. Hotel is in a great location couple of minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops but far enough for it to remain peaceful on a night. Beach is a 5-10 min taxi ride which you can jump in close to the hotel costs £2/£3.

Just returned after 2 weeks. Hotel and rooms are comfy, linen changed regularly. Clean and tidy. Pool area relaxing although music could be changed now and then. Bit monotonous. Plenty of sunbeds. Food for all inclusive was generally good. Selection plentiful. Chefs clearly work hard as do the cleaning ladies. The male and female waiters are exceptional, hard working and dedicated. Good guys indeed. Hotel reception staff helpful and the Manager switched on. Location is fine, good shuttle bus to the beach. My only issue was that I was the only British person there, mainly Russians, who were fine. I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is absolutaley perfect and cosy, I felt myself at home when I was there. The hotel was so clean, the room has cleaned everyday. The meals were so delicious. The staff were polite. I really enjoyed my vacation there.

Had the most amazing time here! me and my boyfriends first time travelling to turkey and were looking for somewhere nice to stay for our 10 nights, staff were amazing and kind, a lot of them knew english too which was even better, made you feel very welcome. Cleaners came and cleaned your rooms every day no issue. reception were always more than happy to help with our enquiries, phoned us taxis and also helped us out booking our turkish massage which was at the viking star hotel, prices are amazing for what you get, we got a balcony, a fridge freezer a cooker and microwave! rooms were very clean and had air conditioning also! food was decent, wouldn’t recommend it for fussy eaters like me but for the price you get what you pay for, the hotel had some friendly regular cats which made me feel even more at home☺️overall our experience with this hotel was more than what we expected and would definitely come back here again, thankyou again for being so amazing with us 🫶🏼

This hotel is such a great hotel that I really enjoyed during my stay. Everyone is kind and helpful. The room was so hygenic and quite. I really felt that I am in a great holiday. I ike most the foods and cleaning and all the staff in the hotel.
