Kuzbass Hotel was established in 1968. It is well renowned major hotel in the city of Kemerovo. The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, not far from railway station riverwalk. 2023年在俄羅斯自駕遊期間，於7月4日入住庫茲巴斯酒店，整個入住體驗真讓人震驚到了，讓我們入住的401 房間洗澡時放不出熱水，開足了熱水管道，放出的全是褐色的銹水，並伴有突突突的噴氣聲，憑生活經驗判斷這應是長久沒有被使用過的設施，於是找到服務員問，這是怎麼回事（通過翻譯機溝通）？服務員回答，這房間的熱水管道早就壞了，從不對外出租。於是去前台與前台工作人員溝通，她強硬地表示，這房間確實不能洗澡，要洗澡可以讓我們去另外一間房間，但不同意更換房間。無奈，我們衹能去另一空房間洗澡之後再返回。很明顯，這次讓我們入住的房間完全不俱備出租的條件，而且有空房間也不同意更換，這樣的服務態度真的讓人難以接受！ 這樣的硬件設施及管理水平在國內是無法想象的！
