房間佈置有現代氣息，簡單明瞭，房墊舒適，衞生一流，衞生間寬敞大氣。大堂有餐廳，提供晚餐，早餐豐盛，各種火腿、麪包、飲料等。停車費每天衹有8歐，距離天鵝堡35分鐘車程，是很好的選擇。
臨走的時候酒店還提供免費瓶裝水，甚至啤酒，很貼心。

Ich fand den Aufenthalt sehr gut, sehr freundliches Personal, alles war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung war ansprechen und es gab ein sehr leckeres Frühstück.

We were visiting friends in Kempten for a couple of days and touring the area. Our friend recommended the Allgau ART hotel. It was excellent. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and even better pillows. It is also very well located. 2 blocks from a shopping mall and several restaurants nearby. The breakfast had alot of choice variety and was perfect The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also very reasonable price which made this a value lodging. We highly recommend this hotel for your selection when in Kempten.

Ottimo albergo a 800 mt dal centro, camere e bagni spaziosi. La pulizia delle camere anche se ottima va richiesta con apposito cartellino da agganciare alla maniglia della porta lasciando la camera ma le istruzioni verbalmente non vengono date pertanto se non leggi il cartellino ti ritrovi con la camera da pulire che con pioggia o neve crea qualche disagio/dissapore. La colazione buona senza infamia ne gloria, 20 minuti di attesa per rifornire la parte dolce. Un 4 stelle con alcune carenze.

(Fast) nichts zu bemängeln…. schon berücksichtigt, dass ich die Kässpätzle gerne andres esse 😉. Das gesamte Personal war seh freundlich, beginnend bei der Rezeption, über das Restaurant am Abend, Zimmerservice, Frühstückservice und Massage. Wir hatten mit 5 Personen zwei sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, inklusive einem seh gutem 3-Bett-Zimmer. Außerdem ein tolles Angebot: Eine sehr schöne und gute Saunaanlage, Massage-Möglichkeit, toller Ruheraum über den Dächern von Kempten. Dazu noch eine schöne „Stube“, die wir rein aus Zeitgründen nicht mehr nutzten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, für den Spaziergang in der Stadt und die Wanderung in die Umgebung. Gerne wieder!

Mit dem Club unterwegs als Gruppe von 30 Teilnehmern - keine einfache Sache ein gutes Hotel zu finden! Aber das Art Hotel übertrifft alles: Die Tiefgarage für unsere Autos, die Administration bestens auf uns vorbereitet, Einchecken unkompliziert und effizient, ein gemütlicher Apéro im schönen Aussenbereich und schicke Zimmer mit modernem Bad in angenehmer Grösse. Alles perfekt sauber, sehr ruhig und immer sehr freundliches Personal. Die vorbildlich zuvorkommende und flexible Gastfreundschaft ist wohl kaum zu übertreffen! Die Altstadt ist nur einige Schritte entfernt, zu Fuss in Minuten erreichbar. Weiterempfehlung ohne Einschränkung, Preis-Leistung 1A!

Es ist ein sauberes und tolles Hotel,alle sind sehr freundlich,auch waren wir im Restaurant essen es war sehr lecker .Der Saunabereich war sauber und zu unserm Zeitpunkt sehr ruhig.Alles sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichlich vorhanden und alles war sehr lecker.

Wir waren als Gruppe übers Wochenende in Kempten und haben in diesem tollen Hotel übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Betten. Sauberkeit wird großgeschrieben. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer und leckerer Auswahl. Wellnessbereich leider auf Grund von Corona nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel ist barrierefrei und es waren einige Gäste mit Rolli da. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Wir werden wieder kommen
