I asked to not be near elevator and ice machine and he put me in a room directly across from ice machine

Everything was perfect!!! They even let us check in a few minutes early. This me and my fiancé 2nd time staying here, I’m sure this will be our place to stay. Everything is within a few minutes of driving distance.

The person at check in was great. I called the hotel approx. 2 weeks prior to arriving to ensure they used hypo allergic bedding. They did not do this prior to us arriving. 😔 Housekeeping was called and the left all the new bedding and pillows in room for us to change the bedding. Hair was found around base of toilets that wasn’t ours. They need better cleaners.

The hotel itself was great but the food I ordered from Ruth’s Chris inside the hotel was not. I asked for a well done cheeseburger but got a medium done bacon cheeseburger. Very disappointed.

Hotel was ok. The breakfast was mediocre due to taste ( juice was watered down and food was rationed out to people in small portions). No gluten free options for customers with celiac except Cheerios cereal and apples/oranges.One of the lights in the bathroom wasn't working and the mattresses seem to be old and hard like a rock. Best thing about the hotel was the pool. We also got stuck in the elevator. No one put an out of order sign up.

Neli was great! I would stay there again just to chat with her! Very personable and knowledgeable.
I interacted with Elba the next day and she too was very nice.
Room was clean, neat and comfortable.

The room had candy wrappers on the floor, crumbs on the floor and hair in the shower. The morning breakfast was not to good and the omelette chef used way too much oil. It would be better to not offer breakfast verses having a mediocre one.
