This was my first stay at this location after using several other hotels in Kenora. The room was fine aside from the fact the cleaning of the room was not done well as dirt was still on the carpet and the mini-fridge/freezer was not cold when I got there. But what got me giving them a poor rating is the fact I paid for a room with breakfast and when I asked upon checking in when breakfast would be, I then was told there would be no breakfast as they ran out of supplies. I made it clear this was unsatisfactory but the guy working the counter told me he would call me to let me know what can be done and never did. There was no breakfast in the morning when this was one of the reasons I had booked this hotel as I was going to be out all day and needed a good breakfast before heading out. As well, if I had known there was no breakfast, I would have booked elsewhere for cheaper not including a breakfast. There was another couple checking out at the same time as me and they were pretty upset for the same reason.

Asked to change reservations and was told it was done by front desk clerk. But got charged for room and I wasn’t there.

We called in 4 moose complaints and it wasn’t until 2:30 am where the police were finally called. We had no sleep and the visitors who were making the noise were threatening us

Beautifully renovated, like a brand new hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, close to eats and very, very clean! We had been on. Cross Ontario road trip and this was our first reprieve from less than ideal accommodations.

The stay was ok however I found hair in the bath tub, hair in the bed, not overly clean. Coffee was horrible in breakfast bar.

someone banging on the wall or door was trying to be opened on the adjoining door in my room at 350am then i could not fall back to sleep so we just went down and had breakfast at 630am
